My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

The bathroom features a clean, minimalist design with white subway tiles. A modern sink is mounted on the wall beneath three mirrors. A toilet is positioned to the side, and a small rug lies on the floor. Shelving above holds neatly stacked towels and toiletries.

Every Saturday there is a market at the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all directly accessible by foot in 5 minutes.

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! The ceiling was high, and it was more spacious and comfortable than the photos.There are a lot of great restaurants, supermarkets and shops around, so you can enjoy yourself.I was worried about self check-in, but they explained it in detail, so I was able to enter the room easily.I want to use it again.

Thank you Uwe and Ines for this lovely stay. We had a great time, the house is very easy to find and it is very quiet. The nature around is very nice for long walks, even when it is raining, because the fresh air of the forest is very clear and nice. Uwe and Ines were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something. Nearby restaurants are great but can be closed for private events, so it is advisable to bring your own food and cook for yourself as the kitchen has everything you need to do this.

Arne was a fantastic host, very understanding; there was mishap with the keys, my fault, which caused a little chaos and he was very relaxed about it, which was a relief. Besides that, the flat is really nice, very well thought through, it felt like a very personnal space yet cosy for a visiting guest. The cats are gorgeous and very sweet..!
