Absolutely beautiful villa to stay at, especially perfect with a group. The sea platform is genuinely heavenly. Only recommendation I have is that the house wasn’t stocked with dishwashing tablets, bin bags, and no additional rolls of toilet paper - it would be great if these things could be included as we had to go and buy them at the market! Definitely wholeheartedly recommend this villa :)

If you are looking for a unique location, I highly recommend booking this beautiful home provided by Moschoula and her wonderful family. It's a hidden gem; where you can relax, swim, barbecue, have your own privacy and it is extremely accessible to visit the wonderful sites in Rhodes. Moschoula's hospitality went beyond and more! Thank you once again for all your kindness. We were extremely grateful with our exchange and we hope that we will have the possibility to come back to Greece one day. A home away from home. Magic!! The house is exactly as described, really nice place with all the amenities you could need & in a lovely area. Quiet, peaceful & a short drive away from everywhere! Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

We loved the Panthea luxury villa, amazing location, right by the main strip through the town but set back enough to get some peace and quiet. Villa was spotless and hosts provided everything we needed and more. Lovely veranda to sit and relax in the evening sun The villa was round the corner from the beautiful St Paul’s bay and 5 mins walk away from loads of great restaurants and bars Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful time! The flat is even better than in the pictures. The pool with the view is just incredible. Bed is comfy and the Communication was super easy and helpful. The area is also great and quiet with good options to eat. Thank you and we will come back!

Mr. Necati and his wife were really nice. They helped with everything, no matter the time, thank you so much. The pool is really good in the room we stayed in, and the hot tub was perfect. We are really pleased with the location close to the grocery stores and the gas station. Thanks again.

Mr. Murat welcomed us very warmly. Nice conversation, she told me about what was around as we came home. Everything was as mentioned. We had a request for a park bed, he had everything ready before we arrived.

We loved our stay here! The hosts mother lives below the apartment and greeted us as we arrived, took us upstairs and showed us around. She was so sweet and helpful and would greet us whenever we walked by in the coming days. The apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet area. It’s two blocks from a grocery store, a ten minute walk from the beach and a ten minute walk in the opposite direction from the old city. Would totally recommend.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

5/5 Due to personal issues, we had to cut the trip short and they have agreed to work this out with us, great customer. Deep pool, beautiful views, perfect kitchen and resting area. Best part, the bedrooms, something different, great place, would highly recommend. People that take care of the place are very attentive and easy going.

Immaculate home, extremely attentive to all the details of his home as a host. Stunning location - first line, beach 3 min walk (beautiful little bay with crystal clear water), quiet surroundings, mesmerizing sea view.

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

This place is magnificent. The location and views are stunning. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more. Our host, Şehnaz, was amazing! She provided us with detailed information about the location, which made it so easy to navigate, she was very responsive and super helpful. Overall, this is the BEST place to stay on the peninsula.
