Ahmet was great host. he could not do enough for us if we asked. Everything was easy to get to and help at hand if needed. Shops close and facilities were great to use. Pool was a great extra and host very accommodating when we had a late flight home. definitely recommend and will be back 👌 Thank you for everything

I enjoyed my stay here and was able to make use of its kitchen for cooking and also for the marina down the street for any of my shopping needs. It was a peaceful area and would definitely recommend to others.

A place that meets the needs for 2 people. The location is a little in the end neighborhoods of the city. Those who do not have a private vehicle should prefer more central places. But I have to say that it is good in terms of price/performance. It was a comfortable holiday. Thank you

Do not expect a 5 stars hotel. We had the flat on the roof top with jacuzzi which was great. Bed were comfortable and the size of the flat ok for 4 people with a nice terrace where the jacuzzi was. The kitchen equipment is basic and may need some more staff but all in all we had all we needed and the swimming pool was the most beautiful part! ahmet was always responsive although his English is quite poor but we could always speak with a translator. He let us use the flat/house/pool/outdoor kitchen also after the check out. Very friendly and flexible guy. He lives upstairs so he is always there whenever you need him. thanks!

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. My mother and I stayed for 4 nights. We are very satisfied. Our needs were responded to immediately. The location was also quite nice. You can choose with peace of mind.

The apartment is ideal not only for an overnight stay, but also for a long stay. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The only disadvantage is that to turn on the electricity, you need to insert the key in the apartment. If you, for example, started the washing machine, then you can't leave the apartment until it reaches the thing, otherwise there will be no electricity.

We were very pleased with the modern structure of the villa and being immaculate. In terms of location, it was very advantageous that it was easy to reach both nature and ice and the surrounding important points. Ms. Özge and her husband greeted us personally at the door. We had problems in another house and changed our route and came here, it made us forget our bad experience. Everything was spotless and the house was peaceful. It's a much more beautiful house than the photos. The house is located in a central place, closest to all sightseeing routes, very attached to the bazaar. The garden of the house is great. There is a great pier belonging to the house at the end of the pomegranate garden, we had the opportunity to fish there, Ms. Özge and her husband helped us from the camping chair to the inventory where we will fish. We most loved fishing while we accompanied the sunset and birth at the pier. The pool was spotless and we used it very comfortably with our children. A very beautiful house in nature, definitely stay here if you are on your way to Dalyan. Great family very hospitable. We say that we now have a door in Dalyan, we felt at home. We will definitely be back. Glad we crossed paths. Thank you so much for everything.

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

First of all, the location of the house was great, the cleanliness and view of the house were great, having a very nice beach of its own made the stay very attractive and we didn't even need to go anywhere else. Also, Mr. Vecdi is a very nice, friendly and understanding host. I'm sure we will not think of another place when we are on our way to Selimiye again.
