Only a 30-minute drive from the city center, it’s ideal for families working in Berlin who want a peaceful retreat close to the city. Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house has been renovated and is technically up to date, including electric roller shutters, satellite TV, fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime and Disney+. Trampoline, playground, hammocks, sun loungers and a large terrace with a porch swing, hot tub and gas grill.

Wildlife everywhere, and Berlin's last fisherman a five-minute paddle away. 40 minutes from the centre by car. Close enough to the city, far enough to forget it.

Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden was built in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and is almost in its original condition and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are simple and personal. Within walking distance of the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.
