Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mueang Rayong District

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Pool Anlage und sehr sauberen Wasser. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich mit gehober Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral ca. 10 Minuten zu Strand und ca. 15 Minuten zur nächsten Stadt gerne kommen wir wieder

The house is fantastic with a great outside area overlooking the immaculate grounds and swimming pool. We particularly liked that there was a pretty garden area next to the larger outside seating area which afforded more privacy when sitting outside. Inside, there is a well equipped kitchen and there are two good sized bedrooms. The area is very undeveloped with just a few beachside restaurants and some convenience stores. The fresh seafood was amazing.

Had a great stay at Tony's place. Location is great. It's near the beach and restaurants but it's also quiet and peaceful. Tony was really helpful too. I would book again

Que dire de notre séjour ici? Sinon que tout était vraiment parfait. L'accueil était chaleureux, Warawan une personne d'une grande gentillesse et générosité. Une très belle chambre bien équipée, literie confortable, que demander de plus... Possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine extérieure. Le cadre est magnifique avec tous ces cocotiers. Warawan est aux petits soins pour son jardin bien fleuri. Elle a été d'une grande gentillesse avec nous, nous avons passé d'agréables moments en sa compagnie. L'endroit est très calme, pas trop loin de la plage accessible à pied et des restaurants le long de la route près de la guesthouse. Nous allons regretter l'endroit.

숙소에 전기 이슈가 있었지만 Richard가 빠르게 다른 숙소를 준비해줘서 원만하게 숙소에 머무를수있었습니다. 감사합니다. 숙소는 pinnery park에 있어요. 구글 맵스에 “suanson beach” (big c mini 옆）라고 치고 오는게 정확합니다. 입구에 편의점이 있어서 아주 편했습니다. 해변도 도보로 3분정도면 도착해서 만족스러웠어요. 숙소주변에 큰 쇼핑몰은 없고 해변에 점포? 라고햐야하나 작은 밥집들이 많이있어요. 구글에서 별점도 높고 맛있었어요. 근처에 수산시장도 있어요. 해변이 너무 이쁘고 물도 얕아서 아이랑 놀기 좋았어요. 해변이 대체적으로 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 숨겨진 보석같은 곳이에요. 저희가족은 차량을 렌트해서 숙소에 왔어요. 20-30분 떨어진곳에 센트럴 라용이 있어서 그곳에도 자주 갔습니다. 아쉽게 걸어서 갈수있는 마사지샵은 못찾았어요. 이 숙소는 진정한 휴가, 휴식을 즐기고 싶은 분께 추천드려요. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 라용에 머물고 싶어요. 좋은숙소 감사합니다. 좋은 추억 만들다 가요:)

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

I enjoyed my time at this place, everything you need is there and the view is amazing, and Billy was very helpful and provided me with what I needed and more, thanks Billy for everything and I will come back to stay at your place again.

The building is the best place to stay in Pattaya. I am telling you, it will never be a wrong of decision of choosing this apartment. This is from a person who mostly stays in 5 star hotel in every country i am visiting. Too much affordable but never been compromised. Will stay and will always be staying this place everytime i visit this country.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

The host was very forthcoming and staff were very helpful. The flat was clean and somewhat similar to the photos. But the flat needs some updates, as the wear and tears are now showing. The private beach is nice.

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights, and it was exactly what I needed, peaceful yet close to everything. The development is quiet and relaxing, but surprisingly central, making it easy to get around without feeling like you're in the thick of it. The place itself was spotless, which I really appreciated. It’s also spacious, giving a nice, open feel rather than feeling cramped like some places can. The host, was fantastic! Quick to respond, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. It was nice to meet him in person. One of my favorite things was the view. Overlooking The pool from the balcony felt luxurious. The pool stretches from one side of the building to the other and has very beautiful palm trees. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Pattaya.

Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.
