Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mueang Rayong District

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

Very nice house with a great pool area and very clean water. It is very clean and tidy with superb amenities. Location is quiet and yet central about 10 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the nearest city we will be happy to come back

The house is fantastic with a great outside area overlooking the immaculate grounds and swimming pool. We particularly liked that there was a pretty garden area next to the larger outside seating area which afforded more privacy when sitting outside. Inside, there is a well equipped kitchen and there are two good sized bedrooms. The area is very undeveloped with just a few beachside restaurants and some convenience stores. The fresh seafood was amazing.

I really loved it here. This listing is exactly as described. The room is big and spacious with a very comfy bed. The house is extremely peaceful. And you are a small walk from the beach with a good selection of resteraunts. Vara is a extreme kind and friendly host, she gave me many good tips and advice about the area. And i enjoyed many coconuts and fresh fruits. Thank you so much. 😊🙌🌅

There was an electrical issue in the accommodation, but Richard quickly prepared another accommodation, so I was able to stay in the accommodation amicably. Thank you. The house is in pinnery park. It is accurate to say “suanson beach” (next to big c mini) in Google Maps. There is a convenience store at the entrance, so it was very convenient. The beach was also a 3-minute walk away, so I was satisfied. There are no big shopping malls around the property, and there are stores on the beach? There are a lot of small restaurants. It was a high star rating and delicious on Google. There is also a fish market nearby. The beach is so pretty and the water is shallow, so it was nice to play with my child. The beach is generally quiet and clean. It's a hidden gem. Our family rented a car and came to the accommodation. Central Rayong is 20-30 minutes away, so I went there often. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a massage shop that I could walk to. This place is recommended for those who want to enjoy a real vacation and relaxation. I'd like to stay in Rayong again next time I get a chance. Thank you for a great place to stay. I made good memories:)

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

Conveniently located, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The guards are also very friendly and helped me check in. The decoration in the house is simple and beautiful, the house is well maintained and clean. There is no problem with the use of anything in the house. I'd like to stay again next time.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Very nice room with a real nice view.

The host was very forthcoming and staff were very helpful. The flat was clean and somewhat similar to the photos. But the flat needs some updates, as the wear and tears are now showing. The private beach is nice.

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.
