Monthly Rentals in Mueang Chiang Mai District

My family and I loved the place. It was exactly as shown in the listing. Had a power outage when we arrived, kind of common in Chiang mai, but the host was incredibly responsive and she handled the issue well although she was out of town. Location wise, right opposite are 7/11 and mini Lotus, 5-10 mins to the nearest Big C and Makro. Close to the airport but far enough as we couldn't hear the planes Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book it again for our next visit.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Had a really lovely stay in a beautiful area of Chiang Mai. Lots of local cafes and our host Pin made us feel really welcome. The cleaning staff is also fantastic, always friendly and doing a fantastic job at keeping the building neat and tidy. On number of occasions they also brought the washings in a covered area when it looked like rain, put clips on clothes that looked like it was going to blow away, and we really appreciated the extra care and kindness to care for our washing as well as the building itself. Everyone had a smile on their face and that made the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming.

It is my best staying experience in Chiang Mai. I really enjoyed and felt comfortable during the stay this time. The environment was quiet so that I could sleep well for early morning’s work in the next days. Super convenient to have the laundry machine and the detergent on my own stay, I Didn’t see too much damage after the earthquake The provided public gym and swimming pool are amazing! Spent time here almost everyday after work ☺️💪🏻 Kitty and her team always tried to solve the problems. Would definitely want to stay here next time!
