House vacation rentals in Mueang Chiang Mai District

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

我覺得這間可以當作最後一晚入住的地方，因為住宿附近比較沒有什麼店家，要走到馬路的7-11需要大約8-10分鐘，路上比較偏暗覺得相對不安全一些些，但離機場只要10分鐘的車程非常方便！！！地板有些許灰塵我覺得還可以打掃的更好，然後床太軟了，只要枕邊人翻個身很像地震一樣會晃😅，但我覺得老闆娘的服務很好，有問必答，回覆速度蠻快的，民宿內每間房間都有空氣清淨機，客廳還有一台大電視聲音很好畫質也很好，冰箱有免費的水與飲料，但酒類要錢！最後這裡有一個大泳池可以讓朋友家人一同玩樂吃東西聊天，我覺得整體來說還是蠻推薦的！

Jorge is such an outstanding host. His communication is always responsive and attentive. He is so friendly and helpful that you will get a friend after your stay. Our whole family felt right home at the place and kids do not want to leave the place with lots of fun things to do/play with. We all enjoy the pool and jacuzzi very much. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

El alojamiento superó mis expectativas: muy limpio, cómodo y acogedor. La propiedad estaba en una zona de viviendas cerca de un centro comercial, a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Max fue profesional y siempre disponible. Sin duda, un lugar encantador al que me encantaría volver.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary and Jona’s Villa! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful area. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I truly felt at home. I highly recommend staying with them if you’re visiting Chiang Mai. Thanks again for everything I’d definitely love to come back someday!

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

这次在清迈的民宿体验真的太棒了！房子装修得非常复古，每一个细节都充满了设计感，仿佛住进了一个充满故事的空间，拍照根本停不下来！房东人超级热情，不仅给了我们很多当地的美食和景点推荐，还帮我们解决了各种小问题，真的像朋友一样贴心。民宿的位置也很方便，出门就有便利店和餐厅，去古城和夜市都很近，交通完全不用愁。总之，这次入住体验满分，强烈推荐给所有来清迈的朋友！希望未来有机会一定再来住！🌟

Excellent house . A short 20 minute drive from the centre . And 5 minutes away from the mountains. A great coffee shop at the end of the road serving croissants and cakes. Pizza & pasta options nearby if you want a break from Thai food . We used Grab which was straightforward. The kitchen is well equipped, comfy beds and a huge tv to watch. We loved the design of the pool as it wrapped around the house. The property is located in a gated development with security on site so you and your guests will be safe and secure .

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Chiang Mai was absolutely wonderful! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything you could need. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a massage place right next door and a great coffee shop nearby. The budget-friendly buffet breakfast was a bonus, and we loved the affordable swimming option just a short distance away. There’s also a good food store within walking distance, and the area is packed with dining options, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

房源很好，有很多蚊子，但不是老闆的問題，老闆也有誠意解決問題，因為有很多植栽導致蚊子較多 還有地板，因為是木地板，已經有鬆動，導致行走時所發出的木地板共震影響到睡眠，床相當好睡，還是很不錯的選擇 之前有看到其他遊客表示2樓很熱，這次去看到老闆已經新增一台冷氣，相信老闆也是很用心在經營管理

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, the house was comfortable and had everything I needed. What really stood out was how welcoming and attentive Nif and the family were — always ready to help and make sure I had the best experience possible. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a pleasant.

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.
