Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Mueang Chiang Mai District

The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, conveniently located you have practically everything within walking distance of the building. However, keep in mind that the building has structural damage due to the recent earthquake. The earthquake's damage is clearly visible both inside the apartment and throughout the building. During my stay, the main elevator could not be used and there were people repairing the damage from the earthquake. None of this was a problem for me during my stay, but I think it's important to keep it in mind. Thank you.

We loved our stay at the Astra Skye River. The apartment is so cute and cozy. A great little escape from the city. The rooftop pool is just incredible. Clean and refreshing and amazing views. Chao was a great host. They helped us with local recommendations and arranged a private tour with an excellent driver. Overall was a great trip and we hope to come back again soon!

One of the best places in a long time! gorgeous view from the pool, great location, comfortable apartment for three people. We liked everything, no complaints!

Loved Lulu’s place! The rooftop pool is so lovely, especially for the sunset. The gym is also a huge plus. Lulu is so responsive and kind, giving me so many amazing recommendations on where to go, (including the north gate jazz co-op which was one of my favorite experiences in Thailand actually). Her place isn’t too far from the old city, so was able to easily walk to that area! 10/10 would recommend her place for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Thanks!!

clean , responsive host but the neighbours smoke too much weed and cigarettes . if you like to chill out with the open air , would not recommend ( too noisy from the pool and smokes pollution)

It is a landmark in Chiang Mai with a coworking space, a gym, and a rooftop pool. I received great service in a clean accommodation before heading out! I'll visit again soon. ^^ It was a great experience.

Cai provided great service and recommendations for the area. The apartment was clean, the gym, sauna and steam room were great. Ample parking was available. We arrived just days after a 7.7 earthquake hit which unfortunately caused the building some damage, including the luxury rooftop pool so we did not get to enjoy that during our stay. However, Cai was proactive and reached out directly as soon as she found out to apologize and to provide options to remedy the issue including either relocation to another resort that also has a rooftop pool that was not shut down and a credit back for any price difference on the new room or a discount on our existing reservation. This initiative was such a kind gesture given it was not her fault that the pool was shut down as it was a natural disaster. We would definitely recommend renting through Cai.

The host is very friendly, responsive, the house is very clean and cozy, and prepared children's toiletries, baby dining chairs, and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The neighborhood is also very safe, quiet and tidy. I highly recommend this place when you come to Chiang Mai.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Great stay. A villa in a great setting: large pool, 2 restaurants, 2 cafes, rice fields, very nice, responsive, smiling, listening ...grab without difficulty. Everything was perfect for us.

Really lovely stay in a great relaxing area of Chang Mai. If you are looking for a quiet place that allows you to explore the beautiful area and meet some nice locals then this is the spot. If you decide to chill and enjoy a day at home then this is a very inviting place that allows you to feel very at home. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the host Michael and his wife were extremely helpful and lovely people!

We stayed 10 days in the accommodation without any regrets. It is well equipped, in a good location, rather close to everything but quiet. We'll be happy to go back!

I had a good stay at a nice place. The host is kind.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Jessie was an amazing host, she even sent us recommendations of restaurants in town! Place was tidy and clean. The rooftop pool and views were gorgeous
