Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.

A special highlight is the private sauna for exclusive use. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. Laundry can also be washed, dried and ironed if needed.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
