Vacation rentals with a patio in Mtskheta

L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Tata nous a parfaitement bien guidée pour récupérer les clés. La vue est incroyable et imprenable. J'aurai juste deux petites remarques : l'une sur une légère odeur de temps à autre dans la salle de bain et l'autre sur un manque de plat pour cuisiner au four. Mais absolument rien de rédhibitoire. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé! Merci encore pour tout.

I had a very pleasant stay in Ruska's flat for over a month. Ruska is a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful whenever something comes up. The place is thoughtfully put together and feels like home right away. The living room is stylish, comfortable, and filled with natural light, with plenty of cozy spots to relax. The small balcony off the living room is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The kitchen is well-equipped for a long stay, including an oven, and there's a spacious dining area as well. And being in the Vera district, the location is truly unbeatable.

One of my all-time favourite Airbnb stays. Eter and Artur really go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay, best hosts ever! The apartment is so amazing with a lovely outdoors space, a nice view, and super reliable WiFi for those working from home. Great A/C, great light, fully equipped kitchen, and everything else you need. Couldn’t recommend this place enough 💕

I loved staying at Ekaterine’s place because of its authentic local character. She’s also an amazing host and gave me local recommendations and quickly resolved any questions/concerns/issues I faced. I’d highly recommend staying at her place. Great location and excellent host :)

Плюсы: Квартира расположена на тихой улице прямо у горы. Рядом с домом есть продуктовые магазины, аптека и рестораны. Сама квартира очень уютная, укомплектована всем необходимым, на кухне есть всё вплоть до кухонных весов и блендера. Очень уютный балкон, особенно в теплую погоду. Хороший матрас. Хозяин очень отзывчивый и всегда был на связи. Минусы: Если вы планируете работать из дома через интернет, то будьте готовы, что вайфай не всегда работает корректно. Также, если планируете спальное место на диване, — он действительно не очень комфортный. Слышимость с соседями бывает достаточно хорошей.

Apartment is in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of the city with views of the city. We had a great time and a nice apartment to go back to after a busy day in the city. The area is still being built so a bit of construction around and the road is still a gravel track. We had a amazing time in the apartment apart from an incident with the lift which unfortunately is quite dangerous to be honest alarm on the lift does not work and we had no way to communicate when it stopped working, had to bang on the door and call the host to get someone to open it. I hope the building management addresses this issue.

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

Khati’s place was great and I felt like home over there. Even the Bonnie, he’s the sweetest. Will surely get back again and stay with her.

Actually I travel a lot. I use Airbnb to get more authentic experience. Sometimes I am really lucky and discover amazing , unique places , accommodations, this apartment hosted by Maia was one of those special places. No matter how you get to Tbilisi, you have had a long day , to arrive such a perfect , cozy, peaceful and friendly apartment, which is very trendy and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. I felt like a home and it was a great start of my journey. The accommodation is located in the heart of capital Tbilisi, cafes, restaurants, markets and sightseeings are around, also, there is no problem to reach Metro or public transport. Maia is a brilliant host and was able to create a real impact on my stay in her apartment. Through her vast knowledge about Tbilisi, the history and surroundings, she could enrich my experience greatly. Everything was brilliant, high class! 100% recommend! Book if you want to feel real Tbilisi.

It was one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at in my life.. It was right in the heart of the old part of the city, and very walkable to a lot of things. It was on a hill, so we had the most amazing view from the balcony, which we totally enjoyed. I only wish I got to spend more days there.. Barbare was amazing to communicate with, very clear and friendly and accommodating. I really hope to visit again.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Отличный дом для большой компании. Есть место для коворкига, отдельные спальни. Хорошее расположение дома и приятная приватная территория, никому не мешали и нам соответсвенно тоже. Понравилась зона для барбекю, в доме очень много посуды и приспособы для готовки. Хороший, приятный двор с террасой, качелями и навесами. Были в холодное время года, отопление справляется хорошо, также есть камин на первом этаже. Магазин в 15 минутах ходьбы. С радостью посетим этот дом в летнее время, когда будет работать бассейн. Отличный вариант на компанию в 10 человек.

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

Отличная уютная и тёплая квартира,в пешей доступности все центральные окрестности,единственное если не ошибаюсь в удобствах квартиры отмечено что в квартире нет фена,но он есть!!!

Victoriaさんは、とても親切で必要に応じてサポートしてくれました。家は清潔で、4部屋あるうちの1部屋になり、洗濯機と電子レンジは共有スペースにありますが、それ以外は部屋の中で完結できます。最寄りのスーパーマーケットやバス停までは徒歩15分程度、そこから街へ行くことができるので問題ありません。周辺の環境として夜は静かですが、道に犬が多いので苦手な人は車の方が良いかもしれません。ありがとうございました！

One of the best place we've stayed at. Otar was very responsive to our needs, and the patio is great!

The flat was clean, comfortable,very romantic. The windows are very high and location is a bit far from Old Tbilisi area or city centre. However we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and we definitely recommend it!

JUST PERFECT! what an amazing listing. I spent here 4 days in with my friends and we feel right at home.

I truly recommend staying here. Sofo and her family are amazing hosts. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had booked a stay for three months and extended it another because I enjoyed staying there so much and felt at home. Every issue or potential issue that arose they took care of it quickly and/or informed me of it (sometimes there are utility outages or protests- that’s just Tbilisi for you). Sofo is quick in her communication as well. They have family that lives next door and they are also very kind. The whole family loved my little dog who I travel with. With me having such a long stay they were also kind enough to bring a change of linens every couple weeks as well which was so incredibly welcomed. The area is great- 15 minute walk to Rustaveli metro, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There are multiple supermarkets, produce markets, cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 5-10 minutes.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

Great Airbnb for our first few nights in Georgia! We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the terrace in the sun. The apartment was warm and spotless with a great view of Tbilisi. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby and easy to walk a lot of places. It was great being picked up by Guram at the airport and taken right to the door! Thank you 😊
