Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mtskheta

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Khati’s place in Tbilisi! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated just like in the photos. The kitchen was a real highlight: huge, well-equipped, and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. There were plenty of utensils, pots, and everything else we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with a lovely yard that’s perfect for pets. Bonnie, the yard dog, was such a sweet companion and made the place feel even more welcoming. The overall vibe of the home was cozy and aesthetic, and we felt comfortable right away. A few small things could be improved — better ventilation, newer AC and TV, and we really missed having a full-length mirror. A bit more lighting and some basic cleaning supplies would’ve been nice too. But these were minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Would happily stay again!

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

This home was perfect for my six week stay. The bedroom, kitchen and living area were the perfect size and the rooftop was a bonus. The views and the outdoor space were gorgeous and added much joy to my stay. Tamar was the ideal host, always friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this as a home for your stay in Tbilisi.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We wish Tamar and her wonderful team the very best of luck in continuing to host guests from all over the world. Without a doubt, we will definitely return to Georgia and once again stay at Tamar’s lovely Nest!

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Shota is a cheerful and enthusiastic host with prompt communication. His friendly mother met me during check in. The location is super convenient and walkable to eateries and a supermarket. The colorful and vintage decor makes it an interesting stay.

Die Zimmer sind groß genug, überall Klimaanlage, gute Betten. In die Küche sind dreckigen Wende, in die Badezimmern Fällen auch Wartungsarbeite.... Sofa ist auch ziemlich dreckig.....

The apartment is lovely, in a great location, and has everything you could possibly need. The terrace is beautiful and has incredible views of the city. Barbara is a great host, very friendly and provides all the information you will need for an easy check-in/check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others taking a trip to Tbilisi. We would definitely book with Barbara again when returning to Georgia. Thank you!

It’s a beautiful house, very well located, and close to everything you might need: grocery stores, places to eat, shop. Very close to Freedom square. Lovely cherry tree at the entrance. Cute cats from the neighbours’. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Friendly neighbourhood.

Beautiful garden. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the wood as an element of the interior. It's just an Inst. place!!!

공항에 새벽 도착이라 체크인 시간까지 머물곳이 없어서 곤란했는데, 기꺼이 이른시간에 체크인을 해줬고 사진과 똑같은 숙소였습니다. 너무 편안하고 안락하고 좋았습니다. 모든 편의시설이 다 갖춰진 멋진 공간입니다. 또한 윗층에 주인분들께서 거주하고 계셔서 긴급한 상황에 바로바로 응대해 주십니다. 조지아에서 최고의 숙소 입니다!!!

Lela's Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr liebevoll gestaltet - wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Supermarkt und nette Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso tolle Museen in Laufweite. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen!

Mukava majoitus,erinomaisella sijainnilla. Kaikki isoimmat nähtävyydet lähellä. Mikheili on ystävällinen majoittaja, joka vastaa erityisen nopeasti. Asunnon ainoa "huono" puoli on, jos etsit hiljaista sijaintia, ei tämä illas aikaan tätä välttämättä ole. Läheisen ravintolan musiikki kuuluu asuuntoon ja paljon autoja ajaa ohi. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Tulisimme ehdottomasti uudelleen.

We are very pleased to stay in Shako’s apartment, very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to big super market like Goodwill. And easy to get around by taxi. I already felt like home after one week stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this will be a good choice.

I've been to a lot airbnb's but this was definitely the best airbnb experience ever. The space is even better than in the pictures , very clean and you will find everything you need in it. Tamta is very assisting to help with everything which makes you feel very safe. During my stay there was a lot of rain, I felt very cozy at home watching Netflix with a wine from the couch!

Gayet ilgili bir ev sahibi güvenle sıkıntı olmadan konaklama sağladık.tabiki eksikler var ama fiyat performans olarak harika. Etrafta alışveriş yapmaya müsait çok konum var. Biz konaklamamız süresince güzel anlar yaşadık umarım gidecek olanlarda aynısını deneyimler :)

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Tbilisi! So spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great - close to fabulous restaurants and bars and an easy walk into the centre of the city. Would absolutely stay again!
