Vacation rentals with beach access in Mpatsi

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and comfortable, and the location was great - being so close to the beach was a big plus. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, everything went smoothly and we’d be happy to come back.

This place was so nice to stay! It was beautiful, quiet, and the balcony had an amazing view. Anastasia was an amazing host and left us wine, snacks, and baked bread! The area is very walkable with lots of great restaurants and fun vibes at night. There is beach access only a few minutes away from the studio. Amazing!

Yannis and Caroline are amazing and the apartment beautiful and with amazing view of the sea. Parking was easy as described Yannis even offered to help us unload our car on arrival bd load it on departure Thank you for everything we will definitely come back again next summer!

54 Stufen zu einer absolut wunderbaren Unterkunft! Eleni hat uns am Parkplatz empfangen und schnellen Schrittes den Koffer hochgetragen. Die Lage ist ein Traum, den Ausblick von der Terrasse haben wir zu allen Tageszeiten genossen! Aber auch die Wohnung selbst war gemütlich und komfortabel mit guten Betten und wunderbar heißem Duschwasser. Panormos ist ein recht kleiner Hafenort, authentisch mit nettem kleinen Strand unter Tamarisken. Trotz der Nachsaison hatten die Tavernen noch offen und wir konnten lecker essen. Ganz besonders hat uns die entspannte Atmosphäre gefallen unter den feundlichen Einheimischen zu sein. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort und diese Unterkunft sehr denjenigen, die das ursprüngliche Griechenland lieben.

Accueil chaleureux et recommandations très pertinentes notamment pour randonner. logement très bien situé, proche de la rue principale, de la plage et des sentiers de randonnée. Logement petit mais fonctionnel et correctement équipé. Il manque de fenêtre et de vue mais c'est peut-être agréable en saison chaude.

Parfait pour un séjour au calme et au frais. L'accès au logement se fait uniquement à pieds pour les dernier mètres, il n'y a donc pas de voiture dans le village. De plus, le voisinage est discret mais en été le village est vivant. Julia et Simos sont très accueillants, eux aussi très discrets et amateurs de tranquillité. Ils nous ont donné divers conseils sur les ressources proches, les plages tranquilles et les randonnées. La maison est agréable et la terrasse l'est tout autant, avec une vue splendide. Il fait toujours frais car le village se trouve en altitude, ce qui est particulièrement agréable au mois d'août !

Siamo arrivati la sera causa aereo in ritardo e loro ci hanno accolto molto tardi senza problemi. L'alloggio è pulito e ben curato. Le pulizie frequenti. I proprietari sono accoglienti, gentili e disponibili. Grazie per l'ospitalità

Our stay on Andros Island was incredible and unforgettable, all thanks to the amazing hospitality and kindness of Pavlos, as well as his lovely apartment in a charming corner of the island. Pavlos is an outstanding host who showed us hidden gems of Andros that we would have never discovered on our own. The apartment and its location are beautiful and truly one of a kind. The stunning views from the terrace and just a few steps to the private beach make this apartment extremely attractive. Additionally, the accommodation is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need. We would like to thank you, Pavlos, for everything you have done for us and for being such a wonderful soul. From the host from whom we rented the apartment, you have become our friend. George und Roula were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. There was marmalade and a very tasty cake waiting for me on arrival. I was picked up and returned to the bus station. The flat is right by the sea and there's a great terrace to enjoy the view from. The tavernas and restaurants on the seafront and in the Chora are only a few minutes walk. So all in all: perfect!

La casita de Alexandriani es un refugio de paz y de belleza. La anfitriona ha sido muy amable y cuidadosa en la comunicación y cada detalle, nos ha hecho sentir muy bienvenidos y como en nuestra propia casa. Andros es una isla maravillosa, con un paisaje idílico, playas paradisíacas, gente muy agradable y una delicia para hacer senderismo. La estancia en casa de Alexandriani ha sido la mejor de todas en mi experiencia y me encantaría volver a este paraíso y alojarme nuevamente en esta preciosa casita. Gracias Alexandriani por compartir con nosotros este lugar tan especial y por tú hospitalidad!!!

10/10 voor ons verblijf bij Dora! Dora is een fantastische gastvrouw en heeft een heel mooi appartement ingericht voor haar gasten. Met ons gezin van 4 (2 kinderen van 9 en 10 jaar oud) voelden we ons er meteen thuis. Dora is aanwezig en altijd aanspreekbaar voor vragen, maar respecteert tegelijk de privacy van de gasten. De kinderen waren altijd welkom bij haar om met de katten of de superlieve hond Velvet te spelen. Ze mochten mee in de moestuin van Dora om zelf tomaten en verse kruiden te halen. Apoikia is een klein dorpje maar ideale uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen als je een auto hebt. We haalden elke dag water bij de bron 50 meter verder. We maakten vele prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving. We kunnen niet wachten om hier nog eens terug te komen!

Riccardo is an awesome host and the basement of his little stone cottage built on and slightly into the slope of the hill must be the most beautiful Airbnb on the whole island. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean and peaceful place away from the touristy areas, this is absolutely it. We found the apartment to be even more beautiful and comfortable than the photos and descriptions promised it to be. Thanks to the shutters and curtains, it’s relatively cool inside on hot days, so we slept really well. During your stay, make sure to drop by Riccardo’s pottery shop in the village – we highly recommend taking a class, it’s fun and relaxing at the same time and you’ll make some beautiful souvenirs by hand! Also, Riccardo is well connected with the locals and knows the best beaches, hiking trails and restaurants. His recommendations will help you discover the authentic Andros. To get close to some beaches, you may need to rent a 4x4, though. ;) Enjoy your stay and give Reshi a pet from us!

We have just spent 5 sensational nights at this stunning 17c villa located right in the centre of the beautiful Chora in Andros. Convenient, on the quiet end of the main pedestrianised street running down to the old harbour. It is a lovely historic house with a particularly nice sitting area full of light, good books, and very comfortable. Quality bed linen, comfortable beds, quality furnishings in keeping with the villa style, full kitchen (which we did use some nights after a long lunch) - incredibly clean and a on hand ‘Auntie Theodora’ to run thru any queries we had. We were a great of old friends - 5 adults and the house was perfect! Couldn’t have been more perfect. Andros is off the tourist track - we spend 6 months a year in Greece and this was our first visit to Andros and we will be back! Restaurants are good quality and they don’t appear to be ‘tourist wary’ as so many are on the Greek Islands. Two standouts were FODO in Livadia and ZARDIS patisserie for cake and ice cream.

Thyme house is a little piece of heaven, beautiful home with everything you need and more. Very off the beaten track, a car is recommended , but once up the challenging ( but manageable) drive you are in another world. The quiet will astound and captivate you in equal measure, the view never bores and is an ever changing vista of nature and wild beauty. If you want a real get away from the stresses of life then this place is perfect. We were here out of ‘season’ so less ‘things’ were open but this only added to the allure; peace, quiet and relaxing in a real haven. Fellos beach is beautiful and you could walk to it if you were so inclined- we weren’t! Although we did have a swim which was bracing and invigorating. Malamati is responsive and helpful and Katerina is lovely - thank you .

We loved the place: Near the beach and the town centre. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a view to the mountains. And we walked many of the hiking paths; the first one runs along the house. Zacharias and his wife were generous with information and help. We were a bit surpriced that the three bedrooms was inter-connected: To get to bedroom 2 you had to go through room 1. And room 3 (on the upper side of room 2 and with no own door) had to go through both rooms. But for a group of close friends itworked fine

George was a super responsive and proactive host and greeted us at the property. the place is as pictured, simple but exactly what you need for some time relaxing on Andros. it's super peaceful and has a private garden and amazing views! the beach is about 3min with car and andros about 7min with car. i recommend renting some transportation to explore surrounding areas and the island. we really enjoyed our stay, would recommend!

I had a wonderful stay, the view was beautiful and everything was walkable from trails to beaches to restaurants and stores. It’s located 30 seconds away from a small beach perfect for early morning and afternoon swims. The host is very helpful and very responsive. The bus schedule is slightly hard to follow but if you ask around you can figure it out. The apartment met my needs very well.

We loved our stay in the historic mansion! The location was amazing and the space is lovely to spend time in. The beach across the bay from the house was great with kids and it was wonderful to be a staircase away from all the shops and restaurants of the Main Street. Alexandros was very helpful and knowledgeable - we highly recommend his place if you are ever headed to Chora.

Séjour formidable chez Margarita qui a été une hôte super, réactive. Sa maman habite au dessus ce qui a été pratique quand nous avons eu un problème de four. Elle a fait cuire notre dîner chez elle!!! Donc un grand merci :) Le seul petit hic c’est que sur le toit de la maison en contre bas, il y a un réservoir d’eau. Qui gâche un tout petit peu la vue. Il y en a partout en Grèce donc il faut faire avec. Ça n’a pas du tout gêné notre séjour chez Margarita. Logement vaste, propre, super bien équipé et la vue sur le port de panormos est très apaisante (à l’ombre en fin d’après midi - ça fait du bien). Aller à panormos bay à pied est aussi génial. Un grand bravo et merci à Margarita et ses parents !!! Belle adresse !

We stayed in Avrilia's flat early January when everything is closed for tourists, thanks for the pizzeria on Jan2! Avrilia's flat is just absolutely well laid out and comfy despite the cold in the evening. Avrilia made everything possible so that we were comfortable (hot water, kitchen, heating, sleepers!) and was there to welcome us, January and brave tourists coming to Andros. I recommend and would love to come over again, Andros is worth more than one visit, especially if you stay at Avrilia's in Chora!

Wir sind mit dem Bus angereist. Die Haltestelle befindet sich direkt am Hafen. Von dort aus geht es etwa 5-10 Minuten bergauf bis zur Wohnung. Auch die Hauptstadt der Insel haben mir per Bus besucht. Die Rückreise mussten wir allerdings mit dem Taxi antreten, da es keine zeitige Busverbindung zur Fähre gegeben hat. Eine Taxifahrt zur Fähre kostet 15 €. Von der Wohnung erreicht man wunderbar alles zu Fuß, was man braucht. Eine kleine Auswahl an Lebensmittel gibt es direkt gegenüber. Auch ein größeren Supermarkt, in dem die Einheimischen einkaufen und die Preise wesentlich günstiger sind zu Fuß in circa 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurants gibt es ausreichend und Gute am Hafen. Welcher sehr schön am Abend durch eine kleine Gasse zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir sind mit unserem dreijährigen Sohn unterwegs gewesen. Es war alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die beiden Strände sind für Kinder geeignet. Alle anderen Kommentare hier kann ich nur bestätigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Andros is a gorgeous and unusually green Cyclades island. Easy to get to and lots to do there. Castel Abaso was a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was spotless, had amazingly comfortable beds, and had all the amenities we could wish for. The terrace with a hot tub was a bonus, and the views are fantastic. Chora town is beautiful. We visited in the first two weeks of May and the tavernas and cafes were noticeably opening up in the second week. The staff at Explore Andros were outstanding. Helpful in a very genuine way. We visited their Cafe Fresco every day for breakfast or lunch and they felt like friends by the time we left. Finally - the walks. Hiking maps of the many beautifully maintained trails are widely available. I would say it is virtually impossible to get lost! At every turn there is a marker. Andros is a gloriously varied island, with beautiful waterfalls and lush valleys on the Chora side. We plan to return again and again!
