We stayed for one night in Katerina’s place and it was ideal for this, as well for a longer stay. Excellent mattress, bed and bathroom linen, large living room with plenty of natural light, sea view balconies, and fully air conditioned. Ideally situated as there is public parking available and you can then walk around Chora. Katerina was also friendly and responsive, making things easy. The self checkin is also helpful. Only note the small number of staircase steps you have to walk to get to the apartment; not an issue for me, but might be for some others. If you don’t have a mobility difficulty, this shouldn’t scare you though. Highly recommended

We visited Andros with our whole family (our 2-year-old twins and our 4-year-old daughter). The apartment is located at Batsi but in a very safe and quiet neighborhood which is 2 minute walk from the sea-front (with all the bars, restaurants, cafes, etc) and 2 minutes walk from a large supermarket. The apartment was fully equipped with all the appliances and accessories needed for a 5 member family to continue their every day routine, since we cooked several times ourselves. The appartment has its own parking space. The temperature was about 20 degrees celsius, thus we didn't use air conditioning a lot, despite it was August! The host (Mrs Ioanna) was very hospitable, helpful and kind during the whole process. We hope we will be able to travel in Andros again in the future!

The place was impeccable and comfortable enough for two people. It could comfortably accommodate 4 people based on the spaces. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access and parking. Mrs. Patras very friendly and willing to help us both with our stay and guide us for the beaches we need to go. The amenities were in favour of the stay and nothing was missing from the house. It felt like home.

I had a wonderful stay at Mrs Kallis Cottage in Piso Maria. Maria was a wonderful host looking after me and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay as did Dalfy her dog every morning. The cottage is located on the south of the island in the mountains, which is a drive from the main ports of access, but it adds to the ‘detox’ element of your stay and I found it far more relaxing being in the mountains nearer to the authentic town of Ormos Korthiou than Gavriou or Mbatsi. Ormos Korthiou is beautiful and it is only a 30-40 minute drive to Mbatsi or Andros (Chora). The cottage itself is finished to a very high standard with a wonderful shower, gorgeous nespresso machine, and very comfortable bed. I very much appreciated all of the interior design of the property which you can tell has been finished with every detail in mind. I would highly recommend staying at Maria’s cottage in Andros without a doubt. Thank you, Angus 🧿

This is a beautifully renovated home with a fantastic view. The home is super comfortable and cool in the summer. Stenies is one of the prettiest towns in Andros and is less than 10 minutes from both Chora and the beach. The communication from Spiros and his team was also exceptionally good, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

Perfect place for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle, people and problems of the big city. Incredible sunrises, cicadas singing, roosters rolling, starry skies and gentle sea. Not crowded beaches even at the height of the summer season. Very comfortable stay. Thoughtful to the smallest detail for your coziness. Designed in gentle blue Greek tones, a comfortable bed, windows with blinds and mosquito nets, a full set of dishes, a kettle, a coffee maker, a drying rack with clothespins, an iron, an ironing board. There is salt and sugar, olive oil, coffee. Two large water bottles were waiting for me in the fridge. It was very relevant. Thank you! There are plenty of towels in the bathroom, shampoo, gel, soap. My special delight is the window in the bathroom overlooking the sea! That's so great! Incredible view from the balcony, hopefully I will dream for a long time in my beautiful dreams of Greece. I want to say a big thank you to the hostess for her hospitality, sincerity, my comfort and personal transfer from the bus and back. Thank you Dimitra, Greece in my heart!

The apartment is amazing, spacious, beautiful view, peaceful and cool during the night. Great beaches in a short distance. The hosts are kind and responsive. You can tell that they have treated this apartment with love. Easy recommendation!

Maria was an amazing host! She was very warm and welcoming and made sure to give us several useful recommendations and show us around the house. The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. She also ensured that there were local delicacies waiting for us as soon as we arrived. The location was perfect to explore the island. It was close to the beach and there were many restaurants and cafes nearby. We would recommend staying here and will definitely come back!

Environment of exceptional beauty. The accommodation is in line with the village. We are looking for this type of accommodation that is part of the Cyclades. Host Loannis and her mom Margarita were extraordinarily kind. The unit is small but it absolutely didn't bother us. The small patio facing the sea for coffee is a real postcard.

Nice flat in Stenies with a nice view and Aris is a great host. Aris’ flat is comfortable and — very worth knowing — two of the windows have bug screens. This is important as there are flies and mosquitos. Most rentals will not have any screens. All as stated in listing. The walk from the parking to the flat is mostly level but with a steep staircase at the end. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. The view from the terrace was spectacular, with the mountains being on display in the day and houses lighting up the view like lanterns at night. The house was immaculate and Theologos was a friendly host, answering all of our questions and even bringing us homemade pie. The town is a quick 10 minute walk away- where there a plenty of lovely cafes restaurants and two beaches. We had the best time.

Kiki and Ioannis were really adorable. We were treated to several gifts from them, vegetables from the garden and homemade wine. Thank you for these gifts. We had good communication and they were responsive to any questions we had. Spacious apartment and very clean. Location by the road but as the apartment is high on the mountain, there is no nuisance. Paleopoli beach is below, at the end of a track and is not very busy for those who love calm and authenticity. Unlike the beaches of Batsi and Golden Beach which are crowded. To get around paleopoli, there is a bus that makes the whole island but we preferred to rent a car as it is more convenient for getting around. Good experience for us.

Great place. It is a very cozy and super clean apartment with modern and slightly nordic design located on the edge of the main street just 3 min away from the shops and restaurants and 5 min away from the bus stop. The closest beach is just 8 min walking distance. Zoe and her husband were super friendly and gave us recommendations about the town and its attractions as well as some historical facts about the island. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Chora! Thank you so much Zoe!

The house is beautiful and a great location to visit Andros. Iannis and his wife are beautiful people who welcomed us as if we were in our own home, they have always stocked us with the products of the garden and also offered an excellent Greek pie cheese, and Iannis suggested beaches and tavernas where to eat. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. It also has a beautiful view of the bay of Fellos that gave us wonderful sunsets. In my opinion, this is the ideal house if you want to stay in Andros both for the location in a quiet area but close to beautiful accessible beaches (the best is attached to the house) and for the proximity to the port and the most popular areas such as Batsi, not least the hospitality you receive.

As many others have written before us, this is a WONDERFUL, fully equipped accommodation in a very good and convenient location with amazing views. All the comforts and wonderful beaches at our feet. But the most important of all was the cordial smile and the mood of Tasoula (Anastasia) to immediately satisfy our every need and desire. Great value for me the washing machine!!! Our swimsuits and towels are always freshly washed and effortlessly. We definitely recommend the accommodation to every traveler of Andros and we would love to see you again with Tasoula and all the hospitable local shopkeepers. Greek hospitality at its best. In a nice spot with clean sea under the accommodation and free sun loungers. great views and sunset . Family environment, quiet. Mr. Marcos helpful and friendly. The home is also very close to Batsi.

I've stayed in about 40 Airbnb homes, this is the best! Brilliant, friendly host who collected us at the docks. The apartment is superbly equipped, had everything! Loads of space and a wonderful terrace with great views and shade. Very highly recommended!

Very convenient location near the center of Chora, clean and convenient space, helpful kitchen functional bathroom, amenities very adequate, nice view from the balcony.

We definitely recommend Villa Athina. Communication with Fragiskos was easy and appreciated, arrival and departure flexible. We found everything that we need + a wonderful view on a large balcony, a pleasant beach just down the street, the essentials to make coffee and to cook. A great value for the price and a good starting point to discover Andros!
