The house is simply spectacular! Situated nicely few minutes away from Portaria, it took us less than 20’ to get to the ski center; the views of Pagasitikos bay are simply amazing. The interior is beatifully decorated, it is evident this was done with care, good taste & attention to every detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean, with the house offering all necessary amenities to secure a pleasant stay. Communication with Johny and his sister Elli has been flawless, while the check-in/out with their housekeeper Krasi seamless. All in all, I would recommend Johny’s house in a heartbeat!

This is a family beach house, back yard takes you straight on the beach of Kalifteri, just next to Costa Kali beach bar (which has great coctails and comfort food, good music and kids -age 0-10 -all over). The house is big and has all comforts that a holiday house can have...We were 8 and could still have private space within the house when needed! The sea is clear blue, no waves and as the sun sets the view is great (mosquitos are annoying but with repellents you will be fine). Mr Giorgos was staying in a seperate house within the property, very discrete and kind man, there to give tips and smiles! Higly recommented place!

The Villa has great character, is very spacious and the private beach is fantastic. It is also just a short walk from a nice public beach with a lovely beach bar. 10/10 would recommend.

22-29.07.24 we spent a nice vacation here with two other families(10 people). The hostel actually resembles a noble mansion of the past, exactly as it looks in the photos. It is located in a very spacious area, one could say that it is in the middle of the olive grove. The sea view from the yard, terrace, and rooms is most fantastic, it is worth getting up early and watching the sunrise. It would have been the icing on the cake if the beach had been directly accessible from the yard. Due to the height of the coast, this is not feasible. There are beautiful beaches nearby with a 5-10 minute drive. You can find everything you need in the nearest store (Katigiorgis, 6 km away). There are also 3 restaurants next to the shop. The house is clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary equipment. The host provided us with all the necessary information and was at our disposal at any time. I warmly recommend this place to those who like wild beaches!

We had The Best holiday at Atrium Villas. We were a family group of 8 people in Lunaria Villa. The bedrooms were exceptional (one of the four was small which we knew in advance) each with a private bathroom. We spent all our time outdoors around the pool and at the outdoor table. The grounds of the Villas are stunning with beautiful plants and stunning views. The outdoor gym area was a nice extra and we loved the bookable BBQ and outdoor dining. Amazing sunsets. Pristine surroundings… Thank You Lucia for your exceptional hosting and to your wonderful cleaning team for their hard work. We made some beautiful memories here and hope to visit again one day. Loved Skiathos too. Our first time! Parissis vineyard wine tasting was a big hit. Numerous fab restaurants. The real highlight was an 8 hour skippered private boat trip around the entire island - 8 beaches and swimming in crystal clear waters. We had perfect weather too. What a trip! :-)

Amazing villa in skiathos! Our party was quite large ( 8 people) and Nikos place was big enough to accommodate us all comfortably! We rented scooters and spent the days riding around to all the beach’s! Coming back to Nikos for evening drinks and watching the planes land as well as enjoying the pool! Niko was extremely communicative, very sweet and helpful! The house is well stocked, spacious and has an amazing view! Close walk to town! Would recommend staying to anyone visiting skiathos!

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa and Katerina was the most amazing host. We arrived tired from our early flight to a well stocked fridge (water, milk, bread, vegetables homegrown, cheese, bread etc) with everything we could possibly wish for. The villa suited our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) perfectly. It was peaceful yet just minutes walk from a beautiful beach with a great bar and restaurant. The beach is normally only accessible by boat so never was too busy. White sands and clear waters. Honestly the best holiday we have had as a family for years!

The space was spotless and very warm all day! The kitchen was fully equipped! The fireplace adds warmth to the house! Eleni is a fantastic host, willing to help us anytime! Generally it felt like home and we will definitely choose this house again when we meet again in the area!

The house has spectacular views over the city and the sea. The property designed with a great taste for aesthetics, has a resort feeling and a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are on a 5 stars hotel level with private bathrooms in almost every room. The house has a lot of options and corners to relax and read a book, we also had nice breakfasts and family dinners on the terrace and sat together near the fire in the evening. Konstantinos was a wonderful host, that made us feel right at home with nice recommendations and great attitude. I would highly recommend this place for a chil Greece vacation.

Our stay was exceptional. Beautifully designed and incredibly cozy, the house offered stunning views and a serene atmosphere. We loved the spacious terraces. The attentive host ensured we had everything we needed. This five-star Airbnb stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!

It was a pleasure staying in the lovely villa. We stayed two families friends the house was spacious, incredibly spotless, nothing was missing. The kitchen is full of useful cooking accessories. You can see there was thinking about all the little details. There were plenty of towels, linens were clean, and smelled wonderful. Amazing view of the sea and the village. We got lots of great recommendations about the surroundings, good restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area to stay in this gorgeous villa. We have a taste of more, we will surely come back again.

The place was really beautiful, the house was very big, spacious, each room had its own character and super clean! Also, the house had a breathtaking view of Pelion which you found not get enough of! It was honestly a 10/10 experience

The house is lovely and ideal for groups of many people, as there are many rooms, 3 bathrooms, and there is privacy for someone who would like it. The outdoor space is lovely with beautiful flowers, quiet and perfect for relaxing. As for the amenities of the house, I think there is anything one wants, from the slightest to the most sophisticated. The kitchen the bathroom is fully equipped without just providing the essentials but anything a home might need. Fear for me: the cleanliness and I also liked that they had anticipated a pet bowl! Thanks for everything !

Our group of 8 adults and 2 children had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy villa surrounded by nature. The house was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was spotless upon arrival. The host was welcoming, responsive, and ensured we had a smooth experience from start to finish. The children especially loved exploring the outdoors, while the adults appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

Wow, this place is a real gem! A dreamy, spacious house with everything you need—facing a beautiful garden and a big stone swimming pool, surrounded by olive and orange trees, and featuring a perfect fireplace for the winter. We had such an amazing time here. It's just a very short walk to the stunning beach, with friendly locals and an overall super great experience. We will be back for sure—highly recommended! This villa is spectacular. It’s very high up so an exciting 2Km trip up from the main road, steep in places with hair pin bends. Wonderful panoramic views. A lovely restaurant 50 metres away and a taverna 500 metres away. George responds quickly to questions. We would home to return one day. Very much

Just returned from a glorious stay on our favourite Greek island- made all the more enjoyable by our stay at Villa kalamaraki. Fred is a superb host, clear and effective communicator. The Villa is well equipped, spacious and perfectly located. The villas was spotlessly clean which was maintained by the friendly cleaning staff every 3 days. You will need a car, quad, bike or taxi unless you want to take the 20 minute walk to Kanapitsa where you can get the water taxi or bus into town. The location of this villa is superb, short descent to a semi private beach for snorkelling and relaxation if you are seeking a change from the well equipped swimming pool. You will not be disappointed Doots 24

The place is lovely, Katerina was great, answered any questions, helped us find alternatives on the day with bad weather and sent technicians to fix power failures that came up during the stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was clean and pleasant to work in and the basket of the local products we received when we arrived was a fun and indulgent surprise. The view from the apartment is mesmerizing and the host really was friendly and helpful. The path to the apartment is pastoral but not simple for walking with equipment and you have to take this into account if you come with a lot of equipment, with carts or someone who has difficulty walking. In my opinion this is something that is indicated in advance but I mention it anyway to be noticed. Hope we get to get to Pelion again and if we arrive I have no doubt that we will want to stay there again

It was a very nice week. We are coming back very happy. The hostess is a wonderful person. Helpful and friendly. The area is very interesting which will make us come back for sure. The description does not do justice to the charm of the place. it is a wonderful and authentic area.

Can’t praise this villa and the family that run it enough. We were picked up at the airport by the host and anywhere we went during our stay they gladly transported us free of charge. The villa was amazing, modern, clean, spacious, well equipped with beautiful views. The pool was immaculate with the addition of a welcoming hot tub to finish the day. The free breakfast every morning was delicious with an extensive menu, from freshly made omelettes to fresh fruit, pastries and home made jam. The owners were welcoming, friendly and a lovely family who created the perfect vibe for the duration of the stay. Only just arrived home but we’ve booked for next year already!! Highly recommend a stay at this villa and 2 other villas also on the family complex.
