Monthly Rentals in Mount Vernon Square

I stayed for 3 months with my husband. Close quarters but Joanna and Joshua were responsive and accommodating. They even provided a dresser without us asking. Overall great experience. Easy to get to metro and close to a bunch of bus lines. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful 2 month stay at Keith’s place. The location was great and Keith was very responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed.

This apartment has the rare combination of being both beautiful AND very comfortable. Location was perfect for us - walkable to the mall and most museums, yet quiet and residential. We felt like we could live there. Having a parking space was another big plus for us, as we had friends in the suburbs that we were able to visit without worrying about finding a spot when we returned. The hosts were great - they provided clear instructions and recommendations and were very responsive if we had a question.

An unbeatable location, so close to the metro and anything you could need! I always felt extremely safe in this area even at night. Each nook and cranny of the apartment is smartly utilized for storage and the kitchen is completely stocked with any cooking supplies you could want! The only thing to note is that you can definitely hear your neighbors on all sides of you, so if you require lots of quiet, this may not be the spot for you. With that being said, it is still quite peaceful with the occasional noise from your neighbors.
