Monthly Rentals in Mount Vernon, Baltimore

This was a wonderful spot in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood in Baltimore! I was in town for an academic conference, and I wrote my talk in the apartment--it was a peaceful, inspiring workspace. Cool art and loved the record player and Diana Ross record collection! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have been staying here since the end of October, while we look for a new home in Baltimore. We needed some more time, and it worked out well. It’s an unusual and interesting house.

Jason was an awesome host! Very easy to get into contact with for anything that came up. Was there for a month and felt like home. Only gripe I had was not a ton of cooking/baking supplies like measuring cups etc. but would stay again. Also the front desk ladies downstairs were all wonderful!

The Venetian Suite was in a grand old mansion that just oozed character. It was beautifully appointed; the 15' ceilings, huge windows, and fireplace were amazing. Had been warned of the significant number of steps (67!) to get to it (I thought I was in shape but thought twice about that once I went up!-but it was definitely do-able). The location was excellent; it was easy to get to the convention center (ended up driving and parking there as I wouldn't be able to move my car every two hours during the day, but that was fine by me). I was a little worried about finding parking on the street but had no issues there. The surrounding park and historical area was safe and beautiful. Wesley was a great host. The kitchen is perfect for small meals (but do wish the 'fridge had been more clean). Bed was super comfy. The suite itself was very quiet. Would stay here again!
