Monthly Rentals in Mount Storm Lake

This home is historic, and while it could use a little extra TLC here and there, it was such a lucky find! Located right next to the river, you can walk the trail that leads to the next town over, plus you can hear it at night when you step out. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and there are space heaters should you get cold at night. The vault was the best part about the house. It was converted into the bathroom, but it was very cool to see what it once looked like. I love peace and quiet and you get exactly that with this home. There are many parks nearby too! You have to go in town for groceries and restaurants, but fortunately it’s a short 5 min drive away. We got to chat with some of the locals and everyone is so kind and warm, It’s absolutely beautiful out here. Even the drives to and from are stunning. We stayed for a month and were very lucky that Emily and Sarah made it affordable to us. This was such a great find.

Perfect place for the weekend at local lodge rates. The view was beautiful and quiet. The sleeping accommodations were easy and so comfortable. It was nice to have an apartment and not just a room. It was a short drive to any local attraction. We will definitely recommend to others.

Not your typical "tiny house"! What a great house in an amazing location! Private and quiet yet close enough to attractions to be a great home base. Modern, spacious, one bedroom cabin with new appliances and furnishings. Everything was user friendly. The views from the front deck in the morning and at night are amazing. The location makes it easy to explore the Davis, Thomas, Canaan Valley, Blackwater Falls, and Monongahela Forest areas. Wish we had more time than just a weekend!
