Monthly Rentals in Mount Holly

The house was spectacular, it has a beautiful view where the tranquility of the water, the wind and the sunset, make you forget everything. I went with my 8 friends who also enjoyed the space, it was a divine experience which I would recommend to anyone. A place to disconnect from the outside world and enjoy everything you have around you. If my friends and I go back to Maryland, I'm sure we'll choose this place again. Also, thank you to Pooja, Great and fast communication during my stay.

I wish I could have stayed longer! The house was beautiful with so many thoughtful touches. Andrew’s place was clean, spacious, and had the most gorgeous views of the water. The highlight of our stay was the outdoor spaces! We loved eating outside on the spacious deck, drinking morning coffee on the lounge chairs, and going for multiple paddles in the provided kayaks and paddle boards. I hope to book again soon!

So cozy, so comfortable and quiet, especially my 4.5 yo son loved the place (mostly because of the s’more, he ate a lot :) ) Unfortunately due to weather and water temperatures we couldn’t have fun with the paddle board or kayaks but still have found so much fun activities. It was also very clean.

My family enjoyed 2 very peaceful days at The Boyce Cottage. We were looking for a quiet get away where we could fish, kayak, bike, and stare at the water. The cottage was spacious with a huge yard. We loved sitting around the fire pit with our dog and just relaxing. If we had stayed one more day we would have explored Warsaw and Colonial Beach. It was early in the season so unfortunately we did not have any luck catching fish. The kayaks were great and easy to access. I would return to this cottage once the dock is complete. I read that the owners are getting bids and hoping for the dock to be in this year. The beds were comfy and I loved the view from the master.
