Nice quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The hosting family were so welcoming and helpful, greeted us on arrival even though there was a key box, helpful with taxis, there was even a baby towel & shampoo as we had a 7month old. We were absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. Thank you!!

This is a wonderful apartment and we would definitely stay there again. It looked just like the photos and the location was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Loved everything about it.

The apartment was a great place to spend our last couple days in Scotland. Clean and tidy, and Andy was quick to respond to our questions. Parking was easy and the apartment was located close to the train for a quick trip into the city center.

The hosts were flexible and friendly regarding our arrival time. The place was beautiful and clean, and had everything we needed. They even left us some dairy-free groceries, and gave us some restaurant recommendations for our 40th wedding anniversary dinner. Excellent experience!

I absolutely loved Katie’s flat. If I get the chance to go to Glasgow again, I will rent her place. She has a great sense of style without clutter - it was very peaceful for me, and a beautiful place to sit and hang out. Easy to figure out how to cook in the kitchen. There’s a Sainsbury’s local just a block and a half from the flat where I got produce and wine and seltzer etc. The flat gets a lot of wonderful light! 10 minute walk to the train station. And it’s an easy walk. Deanston’s bakery below the flat is amazing. Fantastic cinnamon rolls - I had their vegan one. Great breads and an absolutely to-die-for vegan sandwich of roasted vegetables and hummus. Lots of great vegan dining if that’s your jam. The Glad Cafe, Hug, Spill the Beans, all great places within walking distance. (Also on that same street, Skirving, is the Honey Trap Bakery - all vegan and amazing.) Queen’s park is quite nearby and if you are missing your dog, go there - you will find plenty to pet.

We spent a week at Elaine and Tom’s basement flat for a family visit. The flat was well equipped, very spacious (more so than the photos can show), cosy and superbly located for making the most of Shawlands or getting into Glasgow. The hosts were so kind welcoming us in after a long drive, they responded to all requests and were in general extremely accommodating given we had a small baby that was potentially disruptive. This was a brilliant experience and I can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough.

Ronnie is friendly, responsive and provided check-in instructions which were clear and straightforward. easy to understand. The accommodation was easy to find, warm, very clean and peaceful. Far more spacious than the photographs! Beautiful outlook to gardens from the living room area.

Lewis is an exceptional host. The layout of the flat was great and the location was perfect for me.

We had a great time staying here, checking in was incredibly easy and whenever we did have any small problems Tehmeena was so quick in responding with really helpful support. If you like being able to get into the city centre easily while staying in a safe spot, I would definitely recommend!

What an amazing place to stay, felt so cosy as soon as we walked in. So comfortable and relaxing. Close to transport but also handy if you have a car. Walks around west end and also Kelvingrove park on your doorstep. Wish we could have stayed longer. One of the best we have stayed in and look forward to returning one day. A must stay for Glasgows vibrant west end.

Perfect location for our overnight stay as we attended an event at the OVO Hydro (10 min walk) Really clear step by step instructions for location, check in and parking which made it effortless. Lovely, clean and comfortable space

Lovely first floor flat. Small but perfect. We have3 dogs they liked it. Park opposite with loads of litter bins. The bed is large and very comfortable. The shower is very good. monsoon large head type.

Really great place. Very quiet and peaceful. The place was spotless on arrival, with basics (tea, coffee and cookery basics) provided. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. 15-20 walk to the very centre of town. Clear and very responsive communications with Sid!

This is a gem of an Airbnb, which suited us down to the ground not only because it was close to family but on account of its relative seclusion (despite which, the centre of Glasgow is within easy reach). It's an amazingly peaceful property to the rear of and beneath the hosts' home, opening out onto a garden that resembles a small nature reserve: it is truly lovely. The hosts themselves kind, considerate and responsive. All in all, no guest could ask for more. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay for longer and we recommend this property wholeheartedly.

My stay with Charlie was excellent. His wife Sheila checked me in and made me feel right at home. They were friendly and responsive, the place was as advertised and I hope to stay there again when I return in the future.

Perfect location, quiet and roomy. Parking was easy and we never needed the car again until we left. Loved the high ceilings, moldings and windows. A lovely neighborhood to stay in for our first visit to Glasgow.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayt & David’s place! It was absolutely spotless and so well stocked with anything and everything we could have needed for the weekend, including some really thoughtful touches like croissants, milk and the famous Tunnocks tea cakes! The views over the garden and hills were gorgeous. It was so easy to find and access when we arrived, parking was available right outside on the street and there is a cute pub with some great food right across the street. The bathroom and kitchen were in fantastic condition and supplied with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of instructions around the place so we were never stuck working out what to do with appliances etc. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day!

It was a pleasure to book my stay here. I was travelling with my family. Its just 15 mins by car to Glasgow city centre. We also did day road trip to inverness from here. It's an absolutely amazing property, very private and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable had best sleep after tiring day schedule. The shower is pretty awesome with a good pressure of water to feel fresh. It's a fully loaded property with car parking. I totally recommend it for people travelling with as family, couples and solo. I would love to be back here for a longer period of time.

Terrific spot right in the midst of everything you could want to do in downtown Glasgow. Might take some travelers a little getting used to the "Scandi" design of the place, especially the hot water "boost" and shower controls, but perfect once you get the hang of things. Beautiful space and worked well for 5 of us. My favorite of 3 listings we stayed at over a 2 week holiday.

Lovely and spacious flat located in Merchant City. Margaret was a fantastic host; responsive, friendly, helpful and was able to accommodate an early check-in request. The flat is within walking distance to the city centre, and Glasgow Green and had all the amenities you would expect. A very comfortable place to relax and unwind after being out for the day.
