We had a GREAT stay. I highly recommend this listing! Ms. Teresita was very responsive, accommodating, and fair. If may requests din kami, she tried her best to help. Malinis yung place, maayos, maraming cooking equipments—super okay talaga if you plan to just cook at home rather than eat out. Very home-y and warm din ng vibe! Para kang nasa bahay lang. No problem din with the neighbors, wala namang maingay, rude, or anything. Tabi lang sya ng main road (Dr. Sixto) so transpo was not a problem. If I had to say one downside, we spotted little cockroaches, but yung mga super liit lang, and I don't think galing sila sa house mismo. We kept the house clean naman at all times. Parang galing yata sa labas pero na-attract lang since occupied yung unit. All things considered, I had a really great stay! I would definitely come back if ever need ko ulit ng place! :)

I had a fantastic stay at Jhazperita’s place! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home. The location is excellent, with a great restaurant, The Pop Up, conveniently located right in front of the building—perfect for a delicious meal. The hosts were incredibly friendly, respectful, and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely book again when I return to the Philippines! Thank you all again 🥺🫶🏼

It’s the 2nd time we have stayed.Mia and her sister Gladys are very good hosts.Great location and very modern townhouse with hot water and cold airconditioning.We had no problems.

Rina's place is truly worth every penny and is one of the main reasons I use Airbnb. It offers not just a stay but also an interpersonal interaction, thanks to Rina's responsiveness and hospitality. Her unit is exceptional, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all kinds of amenities; from cold bottled water in the refrigerator to comfortable sandals. The environment is also nice and quiet, I spent lot of hours just sitting on the balcony. If needed, there is also a study room just 20 steps away from the unit, making it an ideal place for those looking to write, study, or simply have a dedicated space to focus. Thank you so much, Rina!
