Modern Mt. Baker - Glacier Cabin

Beautiful cabin in the forest. We loved our vacation at Mt Baker. The cabin is in a quiet neighbourhoods. The wood stove is great for the après ski. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is bigger than what we expected from the pictures. Thanks and we can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely perfect. Especially nice that the suite was NOT furnished and equipped with old camping equipment and Dollar Store stuff - which unfortunately some do! New and quality pots and pans, cutlery (Onida) etc. Gave us a true sence of welcome and respect.

Great little getaway cabin in a private community at Mt. Baker! Walking distance to the local pizza place (they can have long waits for food, FYI). Little pond in the private community that you can fish at! Limit is 2 a day (pond stocked going into summer, we just missed them stocking it so no fish were caught). You are also near the community area (playground, pool that is only for owners, pond, etc) - so if you want something secluded, you may not feel that here. Everything was clean and easy to use. The staircase going up was steeper than we expected but functional. They disclose this in the description and photos but it is a nice wooden 12x12 lengths that spiral up making a small triangle for each step and a sizeable step up/down (~12"). They have handles and I'd recommend using them. Not a cabin if you have mobility issues, but our kids loved it. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We had an excellent stay at the cottage. Corrine was responsive and extremely accommodating which we very much appreciated. The house was set up perfectly for our weekend with friends and young kids. It was very comfortable and with the flexible play space (and door blocking the stairs) all the kids had an awesome time! We’ll definitely be staying there again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Nadine’s guest suite at Stones Throw Brewing is a great place to stay in Fairhaven! Clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient to everything Fairhaven has to offer, the suite is accurately described in the listing. The guest suite is very private, even with the pub right outside, and shortly after closing time, it’s very quiet. Nadine is a very communicative and friendly host, and Tony gave us an in depth tour of the brewery. We’ll be back to Fairhaven, and we’ll be booking at Stones Throw again!

A few friends stayed together for a weekend. A couple of us skied. The location is perfect for Mt Baker skiing. Another friend just hiked around the area and took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. The condo is as described and bathrooms all updated. We enjoyed the fireplace and sound of the river running behind the condo.

The River Cabin

Our stay at the cabin was comfortable and perfect. We were two families with toddlers and dogs and had everything we needed at the cabin for a perfect long weekend getaway. The place is as described, clean, good location and we will def consider it for our next ski trip at Mt Baker. Hot tub was awesome and nice way to unwind at the end of the day.

We stayed at the farm house in order to be close to a sports tournament at the Skagit River Park Sports Playfields, and it was terrific. The house was spacious and had lots of room for our group, and we all enjoyed the pool table and ping pong, and games at the table. It's 20 minutes from the playfields and out in a very beautiful area of farms. We spent most of our time out at the tournament, but it would have been a fun and peaceful place to stay for longer periods of time! I also noticed lots of cyclists on Sunday riding down the flat country roads - I'm sure it would be a great spot for folks to use as a home base for some cycling, as well!

2nd time here. Cleaner did an amazing job - place felt very clean for being a rustic cabin. All wood pellets and stuff were stocked and ready to go. (want want to check your flashlights under the sink though :-) I'll be back!
