We were comfortable and the location was convenient.

This place is not at all fancy, but very cozy and quiet. It is easy to walk to the shops and restaurants of the Chestnut Hill area. And with a bit more effort you can walk to Fairmount Park. So if you have reason to be in this part of the city, this is a good place to stay. The host is very thoughtful and quickly responsive if any needs arise.

Nice and quiet spot. Easy parking. Very nice neighbor. Definitely get what you pay for. Would return :)

Great stay! Such a great location! I walked everywhere from here. It’s a little under 3 miles from the train station. Are at South Street Barbacoa (great tacos, cash only), Paesanos in the Italian market (AMAZING sandwich). The Magic Gardens morning tour before they open to the public (also maybe a 20 min walk) was incredible. The public hammocks on the waterfront were very cool and you can get drinks and a bite. The place was very very clean and comfortable. There is a little air conditioner fan but it’s on the top floor so a tad warm in the bedroom (living was cool) but still sleep able! Very responsive host.

My family and I had a great stay at Nick’s listing! It was as described and near many things we wanted to do in Philadelphia. Nick was responsive with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!

Peter’s place was exactly as described. The bed was comfy. The shower pressure great. It was clean and I really enjoyed it. Did need a car though as it was a bit away from things. I would recommend for sure

The apartment was as pictured—clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The location is great, with easy access to downtown. One thing to note is that the stairs leading to the unit are quite narrow and steep, which could be a consideration for anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, a solid stay in a convenient spot.

Our stay at Eduardo’s was cozy and comfy! Perfect place for us to stop for a quiet night but still close enough to the city to enjoy the sites. 10/10!

I loved staying at Nelly’s property. First, I had space to park the SUV inside the property. Nelly answered all my questions and was very attentive and respectful in her responses. The place is safe, clean, and I didn’t have any issues with noise. If I were to come back, I would definitely stay at her property again. It was close to all the places I wanted to visit (Indepence Hall, Liberty Bell, etc.) My son and I felt comfortable at the property. Philly is Philly, but this place felt like home during our short stay.

I was pleasantly pleased with this first experience with AirBandB. The place was nice,neat and clean. The host was welcoming, informative and accommodating. I really enjoyed the stay and would stay again in future.

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

Perfect spot in Brewerytown. Two blocks to Aldi’s, 2 blocks to Rival Coffee, quick walk to park and boathouse row. Neighborhood was very safe to walk alone at night (I am 70yo woman). Streets and sidewalks very clean. We will be staying here again when visiting our daughter and son in law. Thank you Emma!

Jon was an awesome host. Quick and responsive! Amenities were also as described. The only thing I think I was disappointed with was the location. It’s walkable but a little sketchy depending on where you’re walking. I still think Jon was great and overall, I’d recommend his Airbnb to anyone going to Philly.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

The place was amazing. It was very clean and honestly spotless. Drelynn was very responsive. I will note that the place didn't have pots and pans for cooking though.

The bed was very comfy I enjoyed the jacuzzi just wish the water came out a little faster other than that I have no complaints definitely will be booking again!!!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
