This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

You will stay in a unique place: an old tide mill on the Rance river. All windows are facing water, whether the marina or the Rance river. You can go swimming, sailing, kayaking, etc. There are also numerous hikes that we can suggest. If you fancy visiting old towns, you can go to Dinan (15 minutes) or Saint-Malo and Dinard (20 minutes).
