The apartment is renovated and refurbished with new appliances, furniture and linen. The space is quiet and tranquil and perfect to relax or work away from the buzz. Free uncapped WiFi is included. The entire apartment and common areas will be available to residents. We shall gladly assist our guests with any questions and suggestions they may have. The flat is within easy walking distance of the Cape Town Stadium, parks, the promenade, many buzzing restaurants, deli's, bakeries and the famous V&A Waterfront. The MyCiti bus stop just steps away gives quick access to the rest of the city. Within walking distance of the Green Point Park & Stadium, V&A Waterfront, Graduate School of Business UCT (GSB), gyms, restaurants, shops, deli's (Giovanni's being a favourite) and pubs. Apart from taxi and shuttle services being available, it is on the MyCity bus route. Ample street parking is available as well as a Free Public Parking Area across the street. It is only 2,6km from the CBD and Cape Town International Convention Centre-CTICC-approximately 5 minutes in peak traffic times. There are a few steps in the garden path leading to the apartment while the apartment itself is on one flat level with no internal stairs.

Uber is inexpensive and a great way of getting around Cape Town.

Cape Town at its best!

My homely one bedroom apartment is not modern, but it is clean and comfortable. It is on the beach road looking out towards Robben Island where you can see dolphins and if you're lucky, a whale or two. It is an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront (1,5km) and trendy restaurants as well as being on the MyCiti and City Sightseeing bus routes. It is close to the buzzing city, the Cape Town stadium and spectacular beaches! If you're looking for a modern hotel-like experience, my apartment is not for you.

This apartment feels light & spacious with a wonderful flow from with open plan kitchen and living area. There are great restaurants and coffee shops, The V&A Waterfront, Oranjezicht Market within walking distance. *If you are sensitive to noice, please bring your ear plugs. *Affected by power cuts.

A lock-up & go apartment located directly in front of the promenade, within walking distance to Cape Town stadium. It has a full sea view in the front and Table Mountain, Golf Course & Cape Town Stadium at the back. The block is quiet and secure, and the location is perfect, with the MyCity bus stop right outside and Ubers arriving within minutes. The apartment is a 300m walk to the Waterfront with tons of activities to do and restaurants to dine at. Spacious and cozy, 2-bed apartment.

We have just renovated this apartment in mid-2023! Everything is brand new. Really nice apartment in a very secure building. Close to the V&A Waterfront and perfect for Green Point Stadium events. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, and more. Fast WiFi, Apple TV, and Netflix! Walk to the local Woolworths grocery store, visit Jason's Bakery for breakfast, the local Bootleggers or Giovanni's Deli! The ideal location for leisure or business travel! Secure parking included!
