At Carnita’s place is very fantastic and walkable place to go out for a beach, mall and market. The beach just the opposite of the building and you can walk down to the V&A, restaurant and much more within 10-15 mins. The building and surrounding is very safe, all security and guard at night in the building. All perfect, can’t say more.

A truly warm place — in every sense. I spent a whole month in Shantal’s apartment and felt completely at home. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and matches the description. Everything is thoughtfully arranged — the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes, which was important for me since I stayed for a while and cooked my own meals. The bed is comfortable with a firm mattress, and the workspace by the window with an ocean view was perfect for someone like me who works remotely. One of my favorite spots was sitting on the bar stool by the windowsill, just watching the waves. At the moment, there’s some construction going on outside to complete the boulevard, but soon it will be a beautiful promenade with a running path. I love running, and this location was ideal — I could walk out the door and start my morning jog right by the sea. There are lots of cozy cafés nearby where you can grab a takeaway coffee and go for a walk, or sit down and enjoy the ocean view

I spent the most amazing 6 weeks here and I wish I had spent more time! The flat was even more beautiful than the photos: very well equipped and very functional. The hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip and would recommend to all friends and family to stay in this flat!

Wonderful place! Convenient to shops and restaurants, nice walk to the Waterfront and beautiful view. Wish we could have stayed longer because Cape Town is awesome.

A spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment perfectly located on the promenade. Everything is provided from clean, crisp white linen and towels to kitchen appliances and detergents etc. Maretha was a great hostess. Allowed us to check in slightly early and to stay until 5pm on the check-out date.

one of the best places we have stayed in, very clean and has everything you would ask for the apartment has the best views, the sea view and the lion’s head as well as the golf course. Elizabeth was very friendly and sweet, really appreciate all your hospitality. we will definitely come back soon.

‘Where the sun rays dance on the waters like floating jewels.’ The view from the balcony is precious. The apartment block is secure with a rotating team of service members for the block to help support. There is off street parking behind gates. The location is ideal for connecting with Mother Nature including sunrise and sunsets. Morning and evening walks are a must. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay and will definitely return. At this time there is some building works alongside the block and the residual noise tends to travel with doors and windows open which can be disturbing. The crew work to reasonable hours and therefore not nuisance. The hosts are welcoming and attentive. The cleaning team pay a high attention to detail. It is my second time staying in this beautiful unit. It has everything you need. All the appliances and nespresso coffee machine. The location is ideal. You can walk to the restaurants , beach and shops. There is onsite secure parking if you have a car. Excellant quality linen and very comfortable King size bed. Airconditioning and heating.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The area is quiet and clean surrounding. The pictures on the profile are not doing the apartment justice because the interior decor is so calming. The art around in the entire apartment is beautiful and blends nicely. The apartment is homely and thank you for leaving milk for us. We arrived very late at night, beyond 22:00 and the caretaker waited for us with no sign of being annoyed or anything like that; much appreciated. The host communicated proactively and response time was really good. We hope to visit again in summer.

The apartment is in a great location with secure parking which was good for our hire car, and the security and check-in was amazingly smooth. All of the building staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed, excellent amenities and the pool was fabulous with incredible views of the city and Table Mountain. We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the light from the air conditioning display which meant I had to sleep with an eye mask on because I prefer a dark room, but it wasn’t a huge problem and I’d much rather have air con than not in Cape Town! The apartment was a perfect base for us to do so many things in and around the city and Brendon was also very helpful and easy to contact. All in all, highly recommended!

beautiful apartment with a spectacular view, in a well maintained building. the location is conveniently close to town, yet quiet and peaceful. the apartment was exceptionally clean, which is rare these days. Mandy was a great host, making sure we were comfortable at all times. We would love to stay here again.

Great Air bnb central enough to the waterfront and short walk from a luggage storage place and restaurants and bars! Super friendly and responsive host, gave detailed instructions and was easily contactable.
