Independent cottage separate from the main house with a private entrance for vehicles. Opposite a pony club and an organic farm. 7 mins from the ring road and 20 minutes from Rennes city center. 6 minutes from the train station, supermarkets, and shops in Betton. Fougères Castle: 30 mins. Mont Saint-Michel: 50 mins. Saint-Malo: 60 mins.

A peaceful retreat in the middle of nature, the villa is located in a wooded park (2,500 m²) with a view of the pond (not accessible). Ideal for a family, it offers large play areas. The accommodation (old barn) is comfortable and made of natural materials (pisé, terracotta tiles, oil dye). Insulation and temperature are optimized (warm in winter, cool in summer). The location is ideal: Rennes (13 km), St-Malo (63 km), Mt St Michel (57 km). The village with all shops is 2 km away.

Quiet neighborhood in a municipality located 20 minutes from Rennes center by car. The train station is a 7-minute walk (17-minute journey to Rennes train station) and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk (bus 71 to Les Gayeulles metro stop). Parking space available. We're just a few pedals away from the canal. No smoking allowed.
