Vacation rentals with beach access in Mouans-Sartoux

Amazing place, great location, clean and spacious bedrooms! 10/10

We had a great time in this small apartment a few meters from the sea. It is located in a super quiet area, in Agay, the sea is beautiful, the mountains are incredible, wherever you turn, there is nature and there are many places nearby to visit. It's really worth it if you bring a car to go to nearby places and beaches, you shouldn't miss it, it has parking (a little complicated to open the door🥲). We cooked several times, we ate on the terrace. I wish they had coffee available as an amenity, in other places, we really enjoyed it. The tour guide they had was very helpful. Just to mention, sometimes it smelled like stagnant water, a little unpleasant, they helped us get rid of it, but I think it's something that should be taken care of.

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Kerstin was a lovely host - very communicative leading up to our stay. Anna, the manager who checked us in was very accommodating. We arrived a little early and she was able to allow us an early check in. The apartment itself is on the smaller side but charming, and right on Promenade d'Anglais with a lovely ground level garden and a perfect view of the water. The building was secure and we felt very safe. I don't recommend having a car at this location as street parking is necessary but it is very close to the center of Nice and walking distance or a short Uber from most places. Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb made our trip to Cannes! The kitchen is so well stocked and beach towels provided! The beach was just a few mins walk away which we loved and in walking distance to everything you need in Cannes! Great stay, would highly recommend! The only downfall was the A/C was incredibly loud and woke us up due to the noise, but other than that everything was great!

The location is within 5 minutes walk of the town centre and a couple of beaches. Antibes is a vibrant historical town, offering a host of activities, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is on the 5th floor in a 1970's type block. It has a stunning view looking out over the sea towards Cap d'Antibes to the right, and Cap Ferrat to the left, from its wide balcony. The apartment was recently refurbished, and has been well-appointed, with white/grey flecked marble tiles throughout. There is a spacious living room with a combined kitchen, with full opening doors onto the balcony. The main double bedroom is also spacious, with a large shower area. The second twin bedroom is more compact, with a separate shower. There is one toilet. A well-appointed, comfortable apartment with one of the best views in attractive Antibes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Teddy and Aurelie‘s house. It is conveniently close to Vence and easily accessible by car. Teddy was flexible with our arrival slightly later than foreseen and wecomed us showing us around the flat. The place had all the amenities you could wish for, especially if you want to prepare your own food. We loved the decoration which made it both cosy and fun to explore. We will keep our eye on the place for future travel to the region.

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very designer and clean. Quality furniture.

Nice apartment with amazing view and terrace. Perfwc4 for families. It is more comfortable if you have a car bevaise it is not in the city center.

This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

Very very good location and the place has everything you possibly need. The hosts are so responsive and flexible, letting us leave our luggage after check out and helping us when we forgot our things. We’ve had a very good time in Antibes even though we only stayed only one night. Highly recommended!

Rebecca was a wonderful host. She was very kind, friendly and helpful. Her home was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We appreciated the snacks and drinks she provided. The view is magical. We would book again without hesitation.

Xavier is a very proactive host. He recommended several restaurants and places to visit that we loved! He is present on site and is flexible on check-in and check-out which helps a lot. The place was very nice, well located and clean. May be a little noisy at night if you sleep with the window open.

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

Laurent went above and beyond with check in, being helpful and responsive. The accommodation was spotless and smelt so clean when we first arrived. The location was a 10 min walk to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Could not recommend this place enough and would love to stay again soon!

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. WOW! WOW! WOW! Breathtaking view in a such a beautiful property. Super clean. Renovated and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful building with private parking is a plus. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.
