The apartment exactly matched the photos, very clean and very well equipped. This is our second time coming to Claudia's place😊. Located very close to the historic center, on a very quiet street. We had a pleasant stay!! Claudia was a lovely kindness and responded to all our requests: she even equipped the apartment with a microwave to heat our baby's dishes 😇 before we arrived. I would highly recommend her apartment

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Prospero’s in Matera. The apartment was exactly as described, spacious with absolutely anything you could need: fully stocked bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, first aid kit, with a terrace with a gazebo, outdoor dining area and 2 sun lounges. We didn’t want for anything! Prospero was very friendly and helpful. He greeted us on arrival, gave us a full rundown of the property and all of its amenities so we didn’t find ourselves looking for anything. In addition, he gave us many local recommendations for food (we went to Il Terrazzino on our second night at his recommendation and it was fabulous) - he gave us a map of Matera and told us the important places to visit, how to get there and how to acquire tickets. The apartment is also conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful historic centre! All in all a big success and we would definitely stay again/recommend to a friend! The stay with Domenico was my best ever experience with AirBnB. The property was authentic Puglia, lovely and clean, in an amazing location overlooking the square (above an amazing gelato shop!)Nothing was too much trouble for Domenico as he helped my mother with transport (we met his lovely mother and father at different times as they helped also).
