The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. This newly decorated villa located in a small village in central Istria can accommodate up to 12 guests. The villa is conceived in three floors. The lower floor consists of a swimming pool and a terrace. Above the pool and covered sun deck there is an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator and barbecue, and a dining table of 12 seats with a view of the beautiful landscape. The central floor consists of living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, and on the same level there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as an additional bathroom. The top floor consists of three bedrooms with private bathrooms, two of the three bedrooms have an extra sofa that can serve as an extra bed.
