Nice apartment with a central location on Eiganes. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center, close to nice restaurants, Lervig, Hermetikken and Matmagasinet. The apartment is a bright basement apartment with its own entrance and is located a short distance from nice hiking areas such as Mosvatnet and Stokkavannet. Gamlingen outdoor pool and stadium sports facility for running are just nearby. There are good bus connections and easy to get to both the train station and the airport. Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.
