Charming house by the sea on historic Utstein

Utstein Lodge is beautifully located down by Klostervågen at Utstein Gard. The farm surrounds Utstein Monastery and constitutes the majority of the island of Utstein. Utstein is a protected cultural environment and has special national value with the cultural history, landscape and agricultural elements that characterize the area. At Utstein there are animals inland and cultural pastures all year round and limited access to traffic. It is possible to see/participate in the farm operations. The hiking opportunities are many, short distance to the Pulpit rock and the Kjerag.

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Lovely surroundings, close to the sea. 750 meters to the bus stop (just outside during the day), 550 meters to Sokn camping with kiosk and restaurant Thursday - Sunday. 1.6 km to grocery store, pizza sale, ice kiosk and thai-takeaway. Playground in the neighborhood and trampoline in the garden. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a 1.20 bed. Sokn is an island connected to the Mainland with underwater tunnel. About 20 minutes drive to Stavanger city center.

With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. Great little summer cottage with enclosed conservatory, closest to the edge of the sea at Sokn Camping. Lovely view of the fjord, 180 degrees. The cabin was finished building in 2022. There is a large jumping pillow,soccer field,volleyball court,playground,kiosk and restaurant with all rights. Gamlahuset by the sea - close to Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.
