My family and I had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was easy and consistent from the start. They truly went above and beyond,anything you could think of needing was already in the house. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing weekend. I’ve been looking for a go-to place when I’m in town visiting family, and I’ve definitely found it. Highly recommend! Perfection. Quiet neighbourhood; great hosts; clean and spacious accommodation; enormous comfortable bed; plenty of storage space; we didn't even take advantage of the BBQ, outside seating area but saw a launch from the backyard! Even a night light in the bathroom! Treats awaited our arrival. I could go on and on. Fabulous and highly recommended.

We loved our stay with the Kokomo! It was beautiful and simply “cool looking”. The beautiful view of the water was unbeatable. Seeing dolphins swim right next to our dock, was the highlight of every morning. Just keep in mind that you are on a boat, so when large waves come, it does rock a little and could make you feel dizzy, but otherwise it’s fantastic! Chase, our host, was very quick to reply with any questions we had. Would highly recommended the Kokomo to any other guests!

The kitchen area features white cabinetry with modern hardware, a stainless steel refrigerator, and a black microwave. A granite countertop houses a sink and coffee maker, while natural light enters through a window above the sink. The floor is finished in dark tones.
