Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

We were very warmly welcomed by Justine. The accommodation is very clean and good quality and it is close to Amboise. The breakfast provided by Justine is a real plus. Beautiful accommodation with a fenced garden for the dog. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at this beautiful old mill. The place is very peaceful and superb. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large swimming pool to relax after a bike ride along the Loire. Excellent welcome from Frédéric. We recommend this place.

Very clean, spacious and bright accommodation. Located in an outbuilding independent of the owner's house. A large courtyard allows you to park the car and bikes. Very quiet neighborhood. Very good communication. We recommend.

Bénédicte is a very responsive and pleasant host. Its accommodation, located in a quiet residence with parking space, allowed us to be close to the Beauval Zoo Park. Everything is as described. Clean, tidy, and arranged. The instructions were very clear. We had to rent her other accommodation on a different date, having had an organizational problem she was very understanding and accommodating. Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

Very good place. The apartment is in the city center, you can get everywhere on foot. 2 minutes from the banks of the Loire that can be done by bike or on foot. 3-minute walk to the historic center and castle. Parking in front and nearby. Inside everything is as described, the terrace is a real plus with a beautiful honeysuckle that smells good. In short, a great place

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!
