Marie-Rose was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay! Her gardens are beautifully maintained. We felt right at home here.

We had a lovely stay with friends and our children. Christophe greeted us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available when needed but everything necessary was already in place for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend it!

2 nights on weekdays near Beauval Zoo. Damien was not present on site but the exchanges were smooth and quick. The small house is exactly as described in the listing and the pool is a real plus. Please note, the staircase to access the bedroom is very steep and I do not recommend it for people with mobility difficulties. Note the possibility of sleeping on the ground floor if necessary, with a sofa bed.

We loved staying at Aulde’s place, the house was easy to live in, the garden was just wonderful with lots of equipment (table tennis, slackline, toys for all ages) and the heated swimming pool and the barbecue of course. Aulde was a very responsive, helpful and nice host, she made our check-out and check-out smooth and straightforward. Location-wise, I highly recommend this place as it is perfect to visit castles from the Loire Valley (Chambord, Chenonceau, Chaumont, etc.) as well as historical towns (Blois), you find really good restaurants and Loire wine shops in the area, finally all shops you need are nearby. We all spent great holidays there and would definitely go again, so I can’t recommend it enough. 😊

We had a great time at this beautiful old mill. The place is very peaceful and superb. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large swimming pool to relax after a bike ride along the Loire. Excellent welcome from Frédéric. We recommend this place.

Fabulous little find, photos don’t do it justice . Fabulous pool and gardens and very friendly welcome . Informative but also private good working kitchen and perfect shower . Highly recommended

A paradise! Wonderful terrace on the edge of the forest, where we ate meals. A beautiful well-maintained pool invited you to swim. Jasmine scent and flowering perennials as well as a vegetable garden are on the premises. Evelyn and Pierre were warm and always approachable hosts. Horses, dogs and chickens keep company on the old roses over sown property. Would love to come again.

It is a unique cottage in a fantastic location. So quiet with great views and the private pool is gorgeous. I couldn’t fault it. Jean was a delightful host and made us feel very welcome.

This is our second stay at Solange’s beautiful, peaceful and charming property, which is perfectly located for exploring the Loire Valley. This quintessentially French property was perfect for us in every way! The kind of property we normally pass and remark on as to how lovely it looks….and it’s just as perfect on the inside too. The bed is comfy. The lounge is interesting with its unique wood burning stove and the kitchen full of interesting crockery, plus all the essentials to cook a great meal including a new Smeg oven! The shower is fabulous and it’s always lovely to find that the host has supplied a good supply of towels, loo rolls etc too! The outdoor space is really pretty and a lovely place to sip a glass of local wine. There was even a small car port for soft top car to retreat under when we had a rain shower. Thank you for your hospitality Solange and we look forward to a return visit soon.

Very good stay in Mosnes. The accommodation, the terrace and the large outdoor space were beautiful. The decoration is very tasteful and our hosts were very responsive!

Quiet and relaxing place for a bike stop on the banks of the Loire The only problem was it was a Monday and everything was closed. Fortunately Gwendenille had told us about a convenience store in Amboise Perfect welcome. Thank you Gwendenile

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

The place is absolutely stunning - super spacious, stylish, has everything one may need on vacation and even more. The terrace is a jem - we enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. The area is very serene and quiet. And Celine is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and would dream of returning again!

We had a great time with friends at Vincent's. We enjoyed the Nordic bath, the outdoor space which is nice to live in, the beautifully decorated and well-equipped house, the very comfortable bedding. Just remember to plan for wood for the Nordic bath and toilet paper so you don't run out during your stay.

Maxime is very welcoming, responsive to the various questions asked. The accommodation is clean with plenty of room and everything you need inside. We are close to many activities including visiting the Loire Castles, so perfect for a stay in the region.

Perfect accommodation and ideally located for visiting the castles of Touraine and Beauval Zoo Extremely well-equipped and arranged Christel and Laurent are really very caring and concerned about the comfort of their guests. Special mention for the delivery of cherries from the garden placed in front of our door (our children enjoyed themselves😋!) Recommended +++

The stay was great, it is an authentic cottage on the property where the owners also live. The house is cozy and rural and very neat and clean. It is very rural but at a good distance from all amenities and there is plenty to do if you want, many beautiful castles nearby and beautiful towns. The garden and pool are beautiful and we enjoyed this very much, as well as the sound of all the birds around us. Anne and Yvon are very attentive, friendly and helpful owners who are there for you at all times should you need this, on the other hand, they also respect your privacy. Absolutely recommended!

We are very satisfied with our stay in Florence's cottage. The highlight is the indoor pool area, which allows children to unwind after excursions, regardless of the weather. The house as a whole met our needs, we recommend it.

We spent two wonderful days in this beautiful accommodation accompanied by its very nice and quiet garden. The bedding was perfect. Anne-Laure was very welcoming and recommended many places. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful family home, where the host has planned everything for a comfortable stay. Linens are provided in quantity +++... everything is ready, just like at home. Nothing to add, for adults and children alike. There's even a box of tissues in the bathroom. Françoise is very attentive to her guests, she even prepared plenty of brochures for the surrounding castles. We even had a visit from hot air balloons in the evening... and the fresh bread dispenser right next door. We had a great time.

All your suggestions were wonderful. Within 20 minutes of many main chateaus. Had a magical time in the Loire Valley. Hot Air Balloon memories for a lifetime. Was very relaxing coming back to peace and quiet after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend!!!

This beautiful old house very well furnished, with quality and good taste; Very quiet. Nature view. 2 bedrooms with each bathroom WC, great equipment. Everything is there: soaps, coffee, cooking utensils, etc... everything to live right away. In short, we want to come back! Thank you Pascale 😊
