This was a win for us. So comfy, close to town, everything you could poss need including many hooks and places to put our things. And Kurt was above and beyond accommodating us when we misplaced the house key. Highly recommend this airbnb.

Wow! Perfect place for our family of four. The house was cozy and comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were nice size and finish. The property its self was so beautiful with such an idyllic backyard leading down to the fun and cozy boathouse where we hung out playing cards and enjoying the beautiful summer evening. The beach area was fun to explore. Quiet area, free from the traffic and crowds of Lofoten, beautiful mountains around and a few beaches up and down the road. Wish we had stayed longer! Can’t wait to come back and relax here again!

We spent 4 lovely nights at the Wee Castle. The house has everything you need and is very well situated at walking distance to everything in Henningsvær. The house was homely decorated which made rainy days feel like a treat.

Wir hatten zu fünft tolle Tage in Eggum. Die Lage direkt zwischen See und Meer ist traumhaft. Und ruhig... so richtig zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, das relativ neue Bad hat alle begeistert. Der große Esstisch mit Blick aufs Meer war unser geliebtes Zentrum im Haus für gemeinsames Essen, Routenplanen und Spieleabende. Einchecken mit Code am Schlüsselkasten sehr flexibel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, Flughafen Leknes plus 5 Minuten weiter. Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Ziele auf den Lofoten. Nach unseren Wanderungen und der unvergesslichen Walsafari waren wir immer sehr froh, dass wir zum grünen Haus zurückkehren durften. Der Abschied nach 5 Übernachten viel uns sehr schwer... Wir hatten anfangs den Wunsch nach einem größeren Kochtopf. Lars hat großartig reagiert. Nach unserer Wanderung lag ein ganzes nagelneues Topfset vor der Tür. Das war Spitze! Für Unterkunft und Betreuung gibt es für uns definitiv die Höchstpunktzahl. Tusen takk, Lars!

Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold i Lofoten! Vi var fire personer og følte oss umiddelbart velkomne. Solrun og Øyvind var utrolig vennlige, hjelpsomme og alltid raske til å svare – det satte vi stor pris på. Huset var koselig, godt utstyrt og hadde alt vi trengte for et behagelig opphold. Beliggenheten var også perfekt – en super base for å utforske den vakre naturen rundt. Vi kunne ikke hatt det bedre, og vi vil varmt anbefale både stedet og host til alle som vurderer å reise hit. Tusen takk – vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Magnifique logement avec la vue sur le port. l'appartement est très chaleureux et est parfait pour passer quelques jours dans cette belle petite ville. Hôte très accueillant, je recommande vivement.

Excellent séjour dans un grand appartement, confortable et bien équipé, une literie excellente et un environnement très calme. L’endroit idéal pour voir le soleil de minuit !

This apartment was really one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. Combined with the beautiful nature and smal towns around, it was such a nice experience. The rooms where clean, the host was really friendly and helpful and if you plan ahead a little bit you can also reach this place with public transport quite well. Thanks for hosting us :)

Kanskje det flotteste stedet vi noen gang har bodd på via AirB&B. Fantastisk beliggenhet, høy og smakfull standard på innredning, og helt usjenert. Kan varmt anbefale dette stedet for en unik opplevelse tett på den flotte naturen i Sørvågen, helt ytterst i Lofoten.

Great location, lovely and very homey. Lots of personalized touches and very comfortable. Anne Marie was very responsive and helpful. Kabelvåg is a great place to stay, strongly recommend it!

Die Unterkunft ist ein absolutes Juwel. Absolut ruhig und abgelegen, gleichzeitig ein super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen der mittleren und nördlichen Lofoten. Nach den herrlichen Wanderungen in der Natur hierher zurückzukehren und vor der Panoramafensterscheibe zu regenerieren, war ein Traum. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen herzlichen Dank.

This charming cabin is right on a pristine and quiet lake. We loved sitting out on the dock, watching the light change. In the distance there were a few bright red farm houses and cattle grazing on a field nearby. Because of the midnight sun we frequently got up at two or three or four in the morning to look at the changes on the lake. Each hour it looked different and always wonderful. The serenity is just what we were looking for and we found at this cabin. The cabin was well equipped, and had everything. needed to make some meals. Monica is a supreme host. She went out of her way to help out in many ways, for example I needed to ship a box home and she took us to the post place and translated as needed. We would love to come back.

We were very lucky - we enjoyed mountain hikes in beautiful May weather and this fisherman’s cabin which was such a lovely surprise! It was as it is described and much more. It was very spacious, right on the water, had incredible views and everything we needed. The location was also very convenient - close to everything but a bit away so very romantic. Thank you Fredrik and Caroline for sharing your special place with us!

We loved it here! The views were spectacular, the house was modern, super clean, efficient and spacious. We enjoyed the sauna and appreciated having the washer/dryer. Everything was exactly like the pictures. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Therese’s cottage was absolutely perfect! Tucked away in the woods so perfect for seeing the Northern Lights. It was cosy and warm & nicely decorated! Therese was so helpful and responsive too which made checking in super easy. Thank you!

We have been to many Airbnbs in many different places - and this one is definitely among the best!!! The view from the cabin is simply breathtaking (we were here in May, so we could enjoy the midnight sun ocean view). Everything is super clean and very cozy. The location was perfect for exploring the area between Svolvaer and Leknes.

Great house, wonderful location, friendly and accessible hosts. We'd always like to come back.
