A natural garden surrounds the house with groves of boxwood, century-old oaks and pines. The land is fenced. The area is perfect for swimming in Lake Geneva (3 private beaches including one 5 minutes walk from the house), cycling, a walk in the Guido nature reserve, fishing or sailing on the lake.

This is our main residence in which we live daily with our children; it is an old 19th century boarding house, completely renovated in 2023.
