The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

Our rustic house, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden, is directly adjacent to the Cormôr horse trail, a cycle path connected to the Alpe Adria. A few meters from Villa Colombatti, the manor of Castellerio stood here. You can take beautiful walks in the woods. In the small village you will also find a stable. Ten minutes from Udine, one hour from the sea, one hour from the mountains. Nearby are San Daniele, Gemona, Venzone and Cividale, charming villages to visit.

A unique experience in nature, where you can relax to the song of crickets and birds, where you can admire the flight of herons and storks and savor sensations that are now far away. The area is hilly and suitable for pleasant walks and bike rides, adjacent to the Udine Golf Club fields and 3 km from the center of Fagagna, Borgo d'Italia.

Bright Loft in Udine

Very bright loft, with a beautiful terrace. Not recommended for those who want a hotel-like experience. This is a real home, with my books, my things, which I rent out when I'm away. It doesn't have a TV, it's very welcoming, authentic, bohemian. The price includes the tourist tax, 1.60 euros per person per day. If you read below and understand that you are exempt, write to me: you must fill out a document that I will send you, and you will be exempt from the tax.

Cozy 1bed/1bath of about 40sqm (430 sf) in the city center of Udine. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (walk up) and overlooks the quiet Via del Sale. The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced a tourist tax for those staying in the city as of 02/01/25. The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.
