Great place to stay. Calm but within 15minute walking distance of centre. House very comfortable and well decorated. Also kitchen very well equiped.

Accommodation matching the description, 3 real bedrooms, wood stove, washer dryer. The owner controls the air conditioning/heating remotely and he stopped by one evening because the wood stove had increased the heat in the room. The owner came to mow the lawn during our stay, we had a note on arrival at the accommodation informing us, but this should have been done before or after our stay. Very present owner despite self check-in. Small but functional shower. Otherwise pleasant stay.

We had a lovely time at Nicole's house. The listing perfectly matched the listing. There are many bathrooms in suites, and toilet, which is a big plus when traveling in a large group for everyone to have their independence. The garden is very pleasant to live in, with a dining area right next to the house, and many occupations (ping pong table, darts, swimming pool, bocce court...): we enjoyed it!

Very pleasant welcome by Christelle and her husband. Nice gourmet touches when we arrived..., THANK YOU we really appreciated it. The fact that linens were provided allowed us to relieve ourselves. Perfect for a family of 2 couples of grandparents with our 6 grandchildren. Looking forward to returning if we return to this area. 25 minutes from Beauval Zoo...ideal and quiet like a family home. We selected this cottage first for its location, exactly in the center of France. We were bringing together all our children and grandchildren from all over France for our wedding. In our selection criteria, we were especially won over by the number of rooms, the dormitory for children, the large garden, the terrace, the games room, the possibility of family walks, the large and very well equipped kitchen, and in general the beautiful volumes that make 22 people feel comfortable. It was a real pleasure to deal with Isabelle and Benoit, who are attentive, very warm, and responsive. The welcome booklet is very well done. We had a wonderful Easter weekend in the Villa de L'Arnon, and we highly recommend it. For kids and grown-ups alike, this is a really nice place.
