It is the perfect home-base to explore by hiking and biking the famous hills of Alta Monferrato. Just a short drive from the ancient Roman Aqueducts of Acqui Terme, beautiful rivers and swimming holes, as well as many Vineyards where you can taste local wines.

The hilltop villa is surrounded by a private park and the renovation has just been completed, with the lowest environmental impact and maximum comfort: photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, electric car and bike charging. It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

Our newly renovated apartment, with luxury finishes and furnishings, is located in ACQUI TERME, in a historic building that has belonged to the SCATI family since 1614 and was built on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater, directly overlooking the ancient THERMAL SPRING. It is spacious and comfortable. Being in the historic center of the city, all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) are within walking distance.

Della Bollente II Residence

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.
