Enrico was very clear in giving all directions to enter the apartment. Perfect for those who want to have an authentic experience on the path of the silent villages or simply admire the wonderful Morre. The studio is beautiful, made on multiple levels, complete with everything you need. Impeccable cleanliness, the bed is really very comfortable.

We stayed at Stefania's house with our Maremma Gea. The outdoor space is very large and well maintained, ideal for those traveling with animals. The house is equipped with a fireplace, heating and air conditioners. In the kitchen there were many utensils, appliances and in the pantry we found many things. Stefania was a very attentive and welcoming host, in the morning she brought us pastries and orange juice. The house is in an area surrounded by woods and isolated from the town. Ideal for escaping the chaos of the city. We advised Stefania to improve the soundproofing of the house (which borders hers). Otherwise we were very happy and we were also able to pick the wild asparagus that grows on the property!

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

The ground floor flat is a beautifully located in a complex with other houses and flats, the grounds are very well kept by Wije the caretaker who is also super helpful and very friendly. We loved cooking in the well kitted out kitchen, full of everything you need to cook beautiful Italian inspired food. We loved sitting out eating breakfast under the amazing hanging grapes in the courtyard. We were a little unlucky with the weather, a little rain here and there, so only used the pool once. It’s a nice area and I’m sure in the summer is a welcome relief from the heat. We went to Kairos restaurant a short drive away and the food was delicious, (closed on Mondays). A car is essential as the flat is 15 minutes drive from Todi, where you will find some nice restaurants, museum and some beautiful views over the countryside. We were also able to explore other hilltop villages such as Orvieto, If you enjoy peace and quiet stay here. Giavanna is an excellent host, so helpful & friendly
