I loved my stay in the apartment! A very clean, quiet place located in a quiet area in Chorrillos. I had everything at my disposal, transportation, market, restaurants, pharmacies, banks with an excellent host who did everything to make me feel comfortable. I would definitely stay there again another time.

The accommodation matches the description, Mary is very attentive and the location is very good, both for nearby and accessible transport and for nearby shops. The place is very safe, both the block and the neighborhood. It's true that the apartment is small, but for one or two people it does the job. The only thing that could be improved would be the functionality of the kitchen area, because for long stays it does become too small to be able to cook something more elaborate, the space is very small in this regard. The hot water tank doesn't last long, so the shower has to be very quick. Otherwise, everything was good. I'd come back. The donuts were very good, thank you very much :)

I had a good stay at Jans' place. It is the most quiet and peaceful place I have stayed at in Lima. It was clean and Jans is very responsive and put in an effort to make my stay be as good as possible, with recommendations about local restaurants and more. The street/neighborhood has security at night which makes it feel safe, and neighbors are also friendly. All good at his place, and I will return back to this place once I am in Lima again.
