Rebecca was a great host! Her place is situated in a quiet, clean neighborhood within close proximity to a few shopping districts and access to public transportation. I would definitely rebook and recommend this space for NY visits.

I absolutely loved staying at Keren's place. It was very clean, and all of the instructions were easy to follow. Her place was right next to the subway station, so getting around was not a problem. Most importantly, she was very responsive and flexible to our needs. I would gladly stay at this property again.

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer place! The apartment was impeccably clean, perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing great local recommendations and making sure me & my wife felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this listing to anyone, i can assure to everyone that this apartment is a fantastic option for anyone seeking a classic, well-maintained living space in a convenient location in Bronx NY. I stayed at Gregory's rental for 5 weeks with my teenage son and it was perfect. The apartment itself is super spacious and the private parking space was great. Both the bed in the room and the pull out sofa sleeper in the living room were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the shower never ran out of hot water! My son loved the huge desk/work space in the bedroom. On top of the amazing space, the rental is only a few minute walk to the Gun Hill subway station which made traveling to/from Manhattan super easy. There are also plenty of stores/restaurants in walking distance of the rental, on top of a laundry mat if needed. There is also a pop up produce stand in front of Nick's Pizza daily which was a nice bonus. While the rental and location were great, Gregory was the best host. Super kind and always responsive if I had a question or needed anything. If I have to stay in the city again in the future, I would definitely book this space. THANKS GREG!
