The Mill

Recently refurbished to a high standard. The Mill nestles on the banks of the River Lyvennet. It is a tranquil setting surrounded by wild life. This property accommodates up to six people. The Mill is surrounded by footpaths to explore. There is free fly fishing for guests along our private stretch of river banks. Kings Meaburn is a small farming village 5 miles west of Appleby and 10 miles south of Penrith. You will find the White Horse Inn in the village serving local ale/food.

Hilltop Lodge is a beautiful detached timber building set in enclosed garden (perfect for dogs). It's open plan, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on an evening, with well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It has large windows with lots of natural light. The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on with comfortable outdoor seating. The Byre - cottage in converted barn nr Ullswater

Ideal for couples and young families. Completed in 2020, The Byre is one of 3 cottages in our old stone barn near Ullswater in the Lake District. Thornythwaite Farm is in Matterdale which is a peaceful valley off the beaten track but with great access to all the popular areas of the Lakes.
