Built in 1837, this three bedroom, 1 1/2 bath farmhouse sitting on 110 acres along Will Creek, the start of Wills Knob with Wills Mountain to the south was first transacted in 1728 when a Shawnee Indian known as "Will" sold 1000 acres to Benjamin Tomlinson for $30 and an old Rifle. This 110 acres was part of that 1000 acres! Farmhouse is registered in the Maryland Historic Society and has been restored to original floors from 1837 and original staircase and living room walls. Antique furniture.

This is the best kept secret on Airbnb. The host was absolutely amazing. The space was one of the best I’ve ever seen. So quiet and the beds were so comfortable. I got the best night sleep I’ve ever had The hospitality was above and beyond. If you’re ever visiting Harpers Ferry or the vicinity, I highly, highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

My husband and I were very pleased with our lodging. The photos and description were accurate. The rooms were very clean and even though it was still cold out, the heating inside was perfect. We loved how quiet the area was. Out side at night you could hear the proverbial "pin drop". We were within walking distance to all attractions. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Susan was helpful and communicative even before our trip! She gave clear instructions, and added sweet and personal touches to make our stay more comfortable. She was easy to reach and quickly responded to all questions. As far as the house, it doesn’t get any more perfect than Susan’s beautiful cabin. It was cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed the wood burning stove on chilly evenings. The kids enjoyed climbing and hiking the rocks on the property. There was something for everyone here! We will certainly be back!

This was a sweet experience. The space itself has whatever you need for a long weekend. I appreciated the extra kitchen and bathroom amenities provided for our stay, including a discounted growler to use downstairs at the bar. While it snowed all weekend, the brewer was kind enough to shovel our walkway the first morning, and the girl that worked behind the bar was nothing but kind and accessible for any questions we had throughout our stay. You can tell that they are their own little community at the brewery. We would be happy to stay again.

Very clean with great owners who make you feel at home. Right in the heart of Martinsburg, within walking distance of all the shops (the glass store, Jordan & Ness that you must go to, The Young American martini bar, Stoney's, and Brix27). The breakfast is small but made with love: freshly brewed coffee, a freshly baked muffin or zucchini bread, a piece of fruit and cheese, BUT, for the price you pay for this B&B, it's great! I really respect the contactless breakfast and check-in/checkout. Downstairs you can sit and read on a beautiful couch. Two great bigger towns nearby: Shepardstown and Harper's Ferry. Creaky beautiful old house and I love it! Thank you Denise.

Robert and Nickole were amazing. We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and this exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was always phenomenal (Nickole makes amazing pancakes). Unfortunately during our stay there was inclement winter weather, we had no problem staying in because most shops were closed BUT Robert was out almost hourly shoveling to ensure guests had easy access in and out of the house (Thank you!!). The house has so much history, character, and beauty. Both Robert and Nickole so were personable. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at the Seven Magnolias - with clear instructions from Kevin, the house was easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. The Inn itself has been thoughtfully renovated and is beautifully decorated - there is so much to look at in each space, and the Yellow Bird room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We didn't make use of the private balcony (Harpers Ferry in Feb tends to be cold and windy), but it would be lovely to enjoy in warmer weather. Kevin provided great recommendations for local restaurants (all of the ones we tried were excellent) and things to do/see in the area, and he has complimentary coffee and beverages available for guests throughout the day. We absolutely recommend the optional gourmet breakfast - we enjoyed coffee, juice, and three courses each morning (usually saving the breakfast dessert as an afternoon snack upon returning from a hike), and each meal was delicious! Highly recommend, and we hope to be back soon!
