Welcome to our beloved Mountain home. Located at Whitetail resort you can walk to the slopes and enjoy the après ski in our beautiful cozy house with cabin feel. Perfect ski holiday, weekend getaway, or place to work remotely with high-speed internet. Only 1.5 hours from DC & Baltimore. This is the perfect place to escape the city, connect with nature and recharge. A place to build up fond memories. All season adventures, enjoy skiing, swimming, hiking, golfing, fishing, lakes and local farms.

The 1780 Cabin on Main

A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

Hidden Hill - Cozy Downtown Cottage with Hot Tub!!

Hidden Hill is a renovated 1880’s cottage tucked away just above historic downtown Berkeley Springs. Xfinity high speed internet! Literally steps from spas, restaurants, art, antiques, and nightlife, this cottage also feels hidden just above downtown. Hidden Hill is a great spot to stay while enjoying everything Berkeley Springs has to offer. Explore everything West Virginia has to offer during the day, then retreat to Hidden Hill for the convenience of restaurants and bars at your doorstep.

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

Take a nap? Go Fishing? At this location, it's the perfect depth to swim, float, kayak, wade fish & more. Also facing the River is a private Hot tub Outdoor Pavillion w/ Gas Grill, Fridge, Sink, Seating, Fire pit, & more.

We considered calling this house “The View With Some Rooms,” but settled on The Lodge. This private 3-bedroom house includes a rooftop dome (which serves as the third bedroom). From almost every spot, enjoy the jaw-dropping scenery of endless mountains, three states, and the Potomac River. Camp Potomac Peak was recently (Nov 2024) named the best place to stay in the Eastern Panhandle by WV Living Magazine.
