Amazing Summer Holiday and Mountain Retreat

Welcome to our beloved Mountain home. Located at Whitetail resort you can walk to the slopes and enjoy the après ski in our beautiful cozy house with cabin feel. Perfect ski holiday, weekend getaway, or place to work remotely with high-speed internet. Only 1.5 hours from DC & Baltimore. This is the perfect place to escape the city, connect with nature and recharge. A place to build up fond memories. All season adventures, enjoy skiing, swimming, hiking, golfing, fishing, lakes and local farms.

The 1780 Cabin on Main

A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

Rural agricultural setting but convenient to towns, golfing, Whitetail Ski Resort and civil war historical sites. Two bedrooms with queen beds w/linens, two full baths, full kitchen living room area, desk and outdoor firepit and chairs (firewood for additional fee). Queen pull-out sofa bed. Wi-Fi and HDTV. Paved drive/parking area. Pets welcome-Dogs Only. Short drive to I-81 and I-70 20 mins to Hagerstown 15 mins to Chambersburg 20 mins to Whitetail Ski Resort 1.5 hrs to Baltimore/Washington

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our Shangri La is located above Prospect Overlook. National Geographic Magazine rated Prospect Overlook as one of the five best in the East. Views include three states: Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia; and two rivers, the Potomac and Cacapon. Our Shangri La is 3 miles from the town of quaint town of Berkeley Springs, 9 miles from the picturesque Cacapon State Park and Cacapon Resort and golf (Robert Trent Jones masterpiece).

Peaceful Pines is a beautiful, luxurious mid-century cabin where the main objective is relaxation. Great for a girls weekend, family, work or multi-generation trips! Plenty of room to stretch out and have your own space. Go hiking, swim at the pools, go golfing, use the projector on the covered porch, curl up in front of the fire with a good book or play board games. Peaceful Pines cabin offers all of that and more. We are less than 2 hours outside of DC, but it feels like a world away.

The Crooked Cottage: a Cozy, Curated Escape

You will instantly relax in this stylish, pet-friendly home only 8 mins from I-70, exit 42. Under a canopy of trees find a beautifully landscaped yard with decks and two fire pit areas. Enjoy the well-apportioned kitchen with organic, fair trade coffee. Relax with 2 Roku TVs, games and puzzles, bathe with soaking salts and Turkish towels. For outdoor enthusiasts, pitch your tents. Sitting on the edge of 275 acres of farmland means you will be sure to hear the turkeys gobble during the daytime or the whippoorwill at night. Relax and enjoy the scenery from the loft bed.

This charming, tiny home offers the perfect blend of cozy comfort and the great outdoors, all while nestled close to the Whitetail Resort. Inside is an open space bathed in natural light, where modern style meets mountain tranquility. The interior, with its thoughtfully designed features, comes with a comfortable loveseat, a smart TV, and bar seating: perfect for those intimate conversations or just catching up after a busy day on the trails.

Waterfront Cabin on the Potomac River w/ Hot tub

Our Cabin is located right on the Potomac River. Walk right down and sit right in it. Sleeps 5 people. It has2 bedrooms & 2 balconies facing the water & brings such peace and serenity. Read a book? Take a nap? Go Fishing? At this location, it's the perfect depth to swim, float, kayak, wade fish & more. Also facing the River is a private Hot tub Outdoor Pavillion w/ Gas Grill, Fridge, Sink, Seating, Fire pit, & more.

Unique Gem: Cozy A frame cabin in the woods

Come unwind and enjoy nature in this cozy, quaint, A-frame cabin. Nestled in the woods overlooking a community pond, enjoy the views through floor to ceiling windows or relax outside on one of the two large decks. Best suited for two guests, it can accommodate up to 4 with use of the futon in the loft. Located just minutes away from the Potomac River and numerous recreational areas!
