Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

Had a fantastic stay at Denny’s place. The house was very clean and cozy during the cold and rainy weather. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed which was great for cooking. The hot tub was a wonderful feature and the game room was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Judy's place was amazing. The pool was clean, the kitchen amendities were great, and the movie theater room had confortable seats and its surround sound was intense. There is even a really nice park 100 yards away from the property with a basketball court and a sand volleyball court which was a nice surprise. Judy made everything about staying here very easy and was quick to respond to all questions. Would love to stay here again.

I keep coming back to this place and increasingly consider it a home away from home. It is inviting and cozy and at the same time full of fun stuff like games, stocked full of kitchen and bar implements, fireplace -- perfect for large groups of friends, though I usually go with my wife and daughter as an escape for work. It is a short drive to places like Harper's Ferry, where we went this time to hike part of a Appalachian Trail. Alexa and Andy were responsive, and prompt and friendly, in their responses, as usual. We will most certainly be going back within the next year.

We planned a special weekend getaway to celebrate my sister’s upcoming July wedding, and this place was absolutely perfect for it! Our other sister and I organized a cozy, fun-filled weekend for her and her closest friends, and it couldn’t have gone better. The home was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate—everything worked seamlessly. The fireplace and hot tub were definitely highlights and made the whole experience even more memorable. We truly have no complaints and will cherish the memories we made here forever. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted a quiet getaway over the Christmas holiday and Megan’s cabin was exactly what we needed. The home was clean and comfortable for the few days we spent there. Berkeley Springs was only a short drive away which was great for sightseeing. We would definitely come back for another stay!

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

We had a great stay. Cabin is spacious, clean, and everything was in working order. Wi-Fi worked with no issues. Hot tub was an added bonus. Within a 15 min drive from the “down town” area of Berkeley Springs, but there’s plenty to keep you occupied at the cabin if you don’t want to travel.

A lovely cabin, and lovely hosts! They hosted our family get together and is was an absolute pleasure. Everything was in great working order, and was possibly the best stocked AirBnB I have ever been to in terms of having everything we needed. The location was quiet and tucked in the woods but still easy to get to, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. One of the least fussy short term rental experiences I have had. Our large family with kids and dogs felt right at home. We wouldn't hesitate for a minute to stay here again. Thank you!

We spent 10 days at Hannah’s cabin and truly had the best time. We spent time each day in the sauna and hot tub, took walks around Coolfont, and enjoyed hanging out in the cabin watching movies, puzzling, and playing board games. I had to telework on the weekdays we were there and I was able to do video calls over the wifi as long as not too many people were on the wifi as well. We had some friends come each weekend and everyone had a blast. Hannah was super responsive and helpful. The cabin had everything we needed and we felt right and home and relaxed. We are already planning our next trip!

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

Mike’s place is super lovely and he is a super host. Very responsive and kind. Everything was up to our expectations and we’ll be back if Mike will allow it! Only one minor issue (that is probably me just being high maintenance): the king bed droops/sags in the middle. It didn’t bother my husband but it was uncomfortable for me). A new mattress would make this place next level A+ gold star.

Our family loved staying at the Grateful moments Cabin! It was clean (without smelling like cleaning agents), cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was a treat in the cool spring weather and the kids played lots of pool/ping pong. The hosts were polite and very responsive. We are already making plans to return!

This is a dream place. Everything was well designed with good taste on appliances, decor, furnitures, linens… You have the feeling of being in a magazine model house. You have everything you need and more! I stayed in contact with Danielle who didn’t measured efforts to quickly give any extra support that we needed. Thank you! The window view was stunning, the bathtub well cleaned, and all the kitchen utensils in great condition. We will definitely come back!

We cannot say enough about this beautiful, clean, cozy, cabin! The inside was even lovelier than the photos, and the outside area was tremendous! The axe throwing area was an unexpected yet fun touch! Our hosts were extremely kind and communicative. We will definitely be back at the Toasted Marshmallow to make more memories!

This gateway more than accommodated 4 adults and 5 kids from 2-9 years of age. We brought a few entertainment items for the kids so the adults could detach from the buzz of the world and slow everything down. Orions provided that and more, from the wonderful Berkeley Springs, to the big state park and amazing views; we can't wait to come back. This property was well stocked, and we had to worry very little about the small stuff. Thank you, Anna, for being a great host and letting us stay here; you are awesome!

Brianna’s place felt right at home. It was warm, toasty and cozy… rooms and bathrooms were clean, the space was uncluttered, there enough blankets and kitchen appliances… it was in a private, quiet area. It had a beautiful view and a deck to sit on and have a cup of tea, coffee or even spend the whole day at. Highly recommend!!

Truly a beautiful home. Spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we were able to do less exploring and hiking in the area than we would have liked due to the snow and cold, we had a wonderful, cozy time up atop the hill there. (Rana warned us about the snow several days in advance, so we were mentally prepared). Hope to get back again sometime in spring, summer, or fall.

I almost don't want to write a positive review because I'd like this condo to be available only to me. It was perfect! The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Easy ski in/out access, and perfect for a family that has some that stay on the slopes a little longer than others. We just hope this place will be available again when we visit next.

I think this is the best slope side ski condo at Whitetail. The slopes are right outside the door and the place is cute, clean, and comfortable. We will be going back!

This studio apartment-room was a great stay! It was the closest building to the top of the Double lift, 8-10 minutes from line to the apt door. Everything was as described for me, sans a guitar and a table or two. The wifi was fine for work, not great for gaming on my pc, though. Overall, my pet and I enjoyed every second of our 2+ weeks, on and off the slopes (just me), and look forward to staying again. Thanks!

This air bnb was perfect for a weekend getaway to Whitetail resort. The unit is steps away from the slopes, and Renee was not only responsive and extremely helpful, but able to accommodate schedule changes to make our trip happen.
