Monthly Rentals in Morgan County

The Milk House Cottage is the ideal getaway — and Karen & Ken are perfect hosts. The cottage and views are tranquil; I felt as if I was transported to English gardens. The cottage was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Karen and Ken were delightful and accommodating hosts. The weather was less than ideal during my stay, with heavy rains and localized flooding/road closures. Karen was proactive in messaging me the morning of my travels with Route recommendations; and Ken wrote out directions to get me safely to and from OU despite the flooding. I appreciate their going above and beyond and being such amazing communicators. I cannot recommend the cottage or hosts highly enough. I look forward to staying at the Milk House Cottage in the future. Thank you, Karen and Ken!

Great experience at the cabin! Perfect for my buddy and I trying to capitalize on the Ohio rut

Perfect location in the center of town! Everything is very walkable. The town is filled with a bunch of friendly people. Recommend visiting the historical Society a couple doors down for great information about the area (open on Friday and Saturday). If you call ahead, you can make arrangements for a more in-depth historical experience. Fun restaurants, a couple shops, the city rolls up its carpets at 10 PM. The furniture is as pictured, very dated, but still comfortable. The Airbnb is located directly above the oldest hardware store in the State of Ohio. We had no issues during our weekends day.
