Super host, fast response, offered us a lot of recommendations, the place is clean and tidy and matched the description. Flexible check in, allowed us to checkin early due to our early morning flight. Beautiful surroundings and walkable from the old city and lots of restaurants in the area!

Luca's arrival instructions were very clear. The apartment is located high up, which offers magnificent views with sublime sunsets on the available terrace. I didn't get the chance to meet Luca, but we were able to communicate by message and I received very good advice for my stay including good places to eat. The apartment is well-equipped and pleasant. Even though we had laguage barrier, host made us feel comfortable. They offered us very nice coffee when we arrived and shared small stories about the place. Subsequently, we were shown the property, which was very clean and cozy. Very rarely, property gets "home" title and this is one of them where you have limitless soap, shampoo, coffee, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil and other consumables. You will live in a farm, away from the Chiaramonti. Farm consists of pigs, sheep and chicken. To entertain, there were three little dogs which loved to be pet even when we returned at mid-night. They were awsome. So was one of the three cats. All of them frequented to our part of the house. Waking up to the sound of wind, sheep bells, birds and be surrounded by mountains was what we wanted. You will be well connected as the house is not more than a kilometer away from a main road. That said, the house may not be very close to places like Alghero (West) or Olbia(East) - an hour of driving needed.
