the stay in Paolo's apartment was great, and he was very kind to greet us with a gift (which I won't reveal🤪) Perfectly matching the photos and full of every comfort. The fact that there is indoor parking is a big plus. The location is also perfect for those who want to reach the sea in 15/20 minutes, but also for visiting the Romagna hinterland. There is a dog area within a 10-minute walk. I will consider this place to return to my Romagna this winter as well.

Very nice house, spacious, very clean, in an exceptional location, close to the center and just a few steps from the sea. Andrea was very kind in providing us with directions to the location of the accommodation and on tips for restaurants and aperitifs in the surroundings. We had a wonderful vacation. We definitely recommend the accommodation and thank you to Andrea.

What a great idea to enable campers to occupy a piece of this farm / riding school. You are surrounded by horses, and you need to understand what this means:) you smell horse, hay, in the heat there are some flies and mosquitos.. but this is to be expected when you choose this kind of an adventure. The host was great, he came out to greet us, explain everything and also responded very quickly. No problems whatsovever, and any camper will appreciate the hot shower, clean toilett, access to a fridge, kitchen and coffee. The horses made this experience unforgettable. Thank you!
